Claims (16)

  1. 2외층 및 1이상의 내층으로 구성된 다중층 필름에 있어서, 구성되어 있는 모든 연속적인 층에서, 적어도 1회 이상의 하기 3층; 하기로 구성된 층(A); (a) 1이상의 프로필렌 단일 중합체, 및/또는 (b) 프로필렌 및 1이상의 알파-올레핀의 1이상의 공중합체; 하기로 구성된 결합층(T); (e) 에틸렌 및 1이상의 알파-올레핀의 1이상의 공중합체, 하기로 구성된 결합층(T): (e)에틸렌 및 1이상의 알파-올레핀의 1이상의 공중합체, 하기로 구성된 층(B); (c) 에틸렌 라디칼 단일 중합체 및 에틸렌과 1이상의 극성 공단량체의 라디칼 공중합체로부터 선택된 1이상의 에틸렌 라디칼 중합체, 또는 (d) 상기 (c) 에 정의한 바와 같은 1이상의 에틸렌 라디칼 중합체 및 이 에틸렌 라디칼 중합체의 20중량% 이하인 에틸렌과 1이상의 알파-올레핀과의 선형 공중합체와의 배합물; 의 연속으로 구성되고, 결합층(T)가 층(A) 및 (B)사이에 배열되고, 다중층 필름이 상기 (A), (B)및 (T)의 1층 이상을 포함하는 경우, 동일한 형태의 다양한 층의 구성물이 동일 또는 상이할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2외층이 (A) 및/또는 (B)형임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,A/T/B 3중층 형임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합층(T)가 성분(e)에 추가로 하기 성분; (f) 1이상의 프로필렌 단일 중합체, 및/또는 (g) 프로필렌 및 1이상의 알파-올레핀의 1이상의 공중합체를 함유하고, 상기 (T)층의 성분(f) 및 (A)층의 성분(a)는 동일 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 상기(T)층의 성분(g) 및 (A)층의 성분(b)는 동일 또는 상이할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 결합층(T)가 93∼30중량%의 성분(e); 및 7∼70중량%의 성분(f) 및/또는 (g)의 배합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 결합층(T)가 83∼43중량%(바람직하게는 78∼53중량%)의 성분(e); 및 17∼57중량%(바람직하게는 22∼47중량%)의 성분(f) 및/또는 (g)의 배합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(e)가 하기; 에틸렌에서 유도된 단위 함량이 70몰%이상이고; 0.860∼0.930의 밀도를 가지며; 결정화도 2% 이상이고 ; 및 용융 흐름 지수 0.5∼10g/10분인 1이상의 탄소수 3∼12의 올레핀과 에틸렌과의 공중합체로부터 선택된 1이상의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(b) 및 성분(g) 각각은 프로필렌 및, 에틸렌 및 C4-C12알파-올레핀에서 선택된 1이상의 알파-올레핀의 랜덤 또는 블록 공중합체로 구성되어 있으며 프로필렌에서 유도된 단위 함량이 85∼99몰%임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (A)층이 추가로 (h) 20중량% 이하인 에틸렌 및 1이상의 C3-C12알파-올레핀의 1이상의 공중합체를 함유하며, 에틸렌에서 유도된 단위 함량이 70몰% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(c)로서 에틸렌 라디칼 단일 중합체 및 공중합체가 0.910∼0.940, 특히 0.915∼0.935의 밀도, 0.15∼20g/10분의 용융 흐름 지수를 가지고, 공중합체가 일산화탄소, 에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 ,이러한 산과 탄소수 1∼8의 알콜로부터 유도된 에스테르, 말레산 무수물 및 비닐 아세테이트에서 선택된 1이상의 공단량체와 에틸렌과의 공중합체에 의해 수득된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(d)를 정의하는 혼합물의 일부를 형성하는 에틸렌 선형 공중합체가 에틸렌에서 유도된 단위 함량이 80몰% 이상이고; 밀도가 0.895∼0.945이며; 용융 흐름지수가 0.1∼8g/10분, 특히 0.1∼4g/10분인 1이상의 탄소수 3∼12인 알파-올레핀과 에틸렌과의 공중합체로부터 선택된 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(d)를 정의하는 배합물의 일부를 형성하는 에틸렌과 1이상의-올레핀의 선형 공중합체가 상기 배합물을 기준으로 상기 에틸렌 라디칼 중합체의 5∼15중량%를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (B)층이 단일 성분으로서, 1이상의 에틸렌 라디칼 중합체(c) 만을 함유하는 경우, 성분(e)가 밀도 0.900∼0.930인 에틸렌 및-올레핀의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 다중층 필름.
  14. 용융 상태에서 시트 다이를 통하여, 또는 선택적으로 공압출시킨 후, 형성된 배관의 송풍을 수행하는 경우에는 환상 다이를 통해 조성물을 공압출시켜(A),(T) 및 (B)층을 형성하고, 각 층의 조성물의 용융 흐름 지수가 각각 특히 0.5∼5g/10분임을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 다중층 필름의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 2이상의 성분을 함유하는 경우, (A),(B)및 (T) 층을 형성하기 위한 조성물을 예를 들면, 과립 또는 분말을 배합하는 것과 같이 배합하고, 필요하다면, 이 배합물을 용융 상태에서 혼합한후, 압출 및 재과립화에 의해 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 수축성 피복재의 분야에서, 특히 폴리에틸렌 포장지에 함유된 생성물의 팔레트 상에의 스트래핑에서, 다중층 필름의 1이상의 (A)층의 외층을 구성하고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 포장지와 접촉되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다중층 필름의 용도.
