Abstract

[목적]
캠부재부착형 커넥터에 있어서, 감합시의 비틀림을 방지하고 커넥터 감합부의 강도저하 또는 커넥터의 대형화를 초래하는 일없이 가정지 가능하도록 한다.
[구성]
캠부재(30)을 지니는 자형커넥터(10)의 감합요부(11)의 저면(11a)에 웅형 콘택트보다 길게 형성된, 비틀림 방지를 위한 요부(14)를 설치한다. 웅형 커넥터(20)의 감합단면(21)에는 철부(14)를 수용하는 요부(24)를 설치한다. 철부(14) 및 요부(24)에 커넥터(10,20)을 가정지하는 가정지부(결합단부 (14a) 및 결합돌부(24a))를 설치한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 의한 캠부재 부착형 커넥터의 외관을 도시하는 사시도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 자형 커넥터의 정면도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시한 웅형 커넥터의 정면도, 제4도는 제1도에 도시한 자형 커넥터 및 웅형 커넥터의 종단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 일렬로 배치된 복수의 콘택트를 지니는 웅형 커넥터 및 자형 커넥터를 갖추고, 해당 커넥터의 한쪽에 형성된 캠부재를 조작하여 상호 감합하는 캠부재 부착형 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 자형 커넥터의 감합요부에 상기 콘택트보다 전방으로 돌출하는 철부가 설치되고, 상기 웅형 커넥터의 대응위치로 요부가 형성되고, 상기 철부 및 요부의 대향위치에 상호결합하는 가정지부가 형성되고 상기 양 커넥터를 가감합위치에 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠부재 부착형 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철부 및 요부는 상기 자형커넥터의 상기 콘택트 열 사이의 긴팔 방향으로 이간하여 배치되며 복수개를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠부재 부착형 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가정지부는 각각 상기 철부의 결합단부 및 상기 요부의 결합돌부에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠부재 부착형 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠부재는 상기 자형 커넥터의 측단으로부터 삽입되는 단면이 대략 ㄱ자 형상인 습동부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 캠부재 부착형 커넥터.
