Abstract
본 발명은 클러치 없는 압축기의 부하 토크의 급격한 변동을 제어한다.
회전축(9)상에 지지된 사판(15)의 경사각이 최소 경사각으로 향하면 사판(15)이 흡입통로 개방 스프링(24)의 탄성력에 대항하여 전달통(28)및 차단체(21)를 누른다. 차단체(21)는 사판 경사각이 최소 경사각일때 위치 결정면(27)에 접하고, 흡입 통로(26)와 흡입실(3a)과의 연통을차단한다. 흡입실(3a)과 크랭크실(2a)은 압력방출 통로(14)에 의해 접속되고, 압력 방출 통로(14)상에는 전자 개폐 밸브(32)가 기재되어 있다. 제어 컴퓨터(Co)는 온도 감지기(39), 공조 장치 작동 스위치(40), 회전수 검출기(41)로부터의 검출 정보에기초하여 전자개폐 밸브(32)를 여자 및 소자 제어한다 크랭크실(2a)과 토출실(3b)은 압력 공급 통로 (31)를 거쳐서 연통되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 제1실시예의 압축기 전체의 측단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 B-B선 단면도, 제4도는 사판 경사각이 최소상태에 있을때의 압축기 전체의 측단면도.
Claims (3)
- 실린더 보어(1a)내에 단방향 피스톤(22)을 왕복 직선 운동이 가능하게 수용하며 또는 회전축(9)에 회전 지지체(8)를 부착하고, 이 회전 지지체(8)에서 사판(15)을 경사 운동이 가능하게 지지하고, 크랭크실(2a)내의 압력과 흡입압과의 단방향 피스톤(22)을 개재한 차이에 반응하여 사판(15)의 경사각을 변화시키고, 토출압 영역(3b)의 압력을 크랭크(2a)로 공급하며 동시에 압력 방출 통로(14)를 거쳐서 크랭크실(2a)의 압력을 흡입압 영역(3a)으로 방출하여 크랭크실(2a)내의 압력 조절을 수행하는 클러치 없는 단방향 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기에있어서, 토출 용량이 영(zero)이 되지 않도록 사판(15)의 최소 경사각을 규정하는 최소 경사각 규정 수단(21,27)과, 외부 냉매 회로(35)로부터 흡입압 영역(3a)으로 흐르는 냉매 가스를 도입 불가능한 폐쇄 위치와 도입 가능하 개방 위치에로 전환되는 차단체(21)를 사판(15)의 경사운동의 적어도 일부에 따라 연동시킨 냉매 순환저지 수단과, 압력 방출 통로(14)상에 기재되어 사판 경사각의 강제 감소 지령신호의 발신에 응답하여 방출 통로(14)를 폐쇄하는 사판 경사각 강제 감소 수단(32)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력 방출 통로(14)상에 용량 제어 밸브(43)를 기재하고, 용량 제어 밸브(43)는 상기 냉매 순환 저지 수단(21)에 의해 냉매 순환을 저지하는 부위에서 상류측의 흡입 압력에 감응하여 상기 압력 방출 통로(14)에서의 통과 단면적을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토출압 영역(3b)과 크랭크실(2a)을 압력 공급 통로(31)로서 접속하고, 이 압력 공급통로(31)상에는 용량 제어밸브(43A)를 개재하고, 이 용량 제어 밸브(43A)는 냉매순환 저지 수단(21)에 의해 냉매 순환을 저지하는 부위에서 상류측의 흡입 압력에 감응하여 상기 압력공급 통로(31)에서의 통과 단면적을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
