Abstract

본 발명은 다작용성 아크릴레이트 중합체(A)및 실란계 조성물(B)로부터 제형화된 방사선 경화선 내마모성도료에 관한 것이다. 다작용성 아크릴레이트 중합체는 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트, 에폭시 아크릴레이트. 우레탄 아크릴레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된다. 실란계 조성물은 다작용성 아크릴레이트 단량체와 아미노작용성 실란으로부터 형성된 마이클 부가물과 콜로이드성 실라카의 혼합물이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 방오성, 특수 지지체에 대한 접착성 및 가요성을 포함한 각종 특성을 나타내는 바닥재 피복용 물질을 제공하는 청구된 조성적 한계내에서 변할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트, 에폭시 아크릴레이트, 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 다작용성 아크릴레이트 중합체(A) 및 다작용성 아크릴레이트 단량체(1) 및 일반식(I)의 아미노 작용성 실란(2)로부터 형성된 마이클 부가물(Michael adduct) (a)〔여기서, 마이클 부가물 중의 다작용성 아크릴레이트 단량체는 아미노작용성 실란에 대하여 2:1단량을 초과하는 양으로 존재한다〕와 콜로이드성 실리카(b)를 포함하는 실란계 조성물(B)를 포함 〔여기서, 성분(A)는 성분(A)와(B)의 총량 100중량부당 5부 이상으로 존재하고, 조성물은, 경화시키는 경우, 테이버 내마모성(Taber abrasion resistance)이 T-100 에 있어서는 10이하이고 T-500에서는 15이하이며, 하나 이상의 지지체 위에서 경화시키는 경우, 크로스-햇치접착시험(cross-hatch adhesion test)에서 100%접착성을 나타낸다〕 하는 , 하나 이상의 지지체위에 내마모성 피막을 형성시키기 위한 방사선 경화선 조성물.
    상기식에서, R2은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 탄소수 1내지 4의 알콕시 또는 알킬 그룹이고, R`는 알콕시 그룹이고 , Q는 2가 탄화수소 그룹이며, Z는 수소 또는 1가 탄화수소 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 지지체가 목재, 비닐 시이트 비닐 타일 또는 폴리카보네이트인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)가 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)가 모두 가용성인 조용매를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 조용매가 아크릴레이트 단량체인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)를 희석제로 희석시킴으로써 점도가 저하되는 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 아크릴레이트 단량체가 디에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 이소보닐아크릴레이트 및 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트로 이 루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,황색 염료 오염 시험을 수행하는 경우, 1이하의 값을 나타내는 경화 도료를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 따르는 경화된 내마모성 도료 조성물로 피복시킨 지지체를 포함하는 제품.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 지지체가 비닐 시이트이고, 피복된 지지체를 직경이 0.250in(6.4mm)이하인 축에 대하여180°로 굽힘 시험하는 경우 지지체 위의 경화된 피막에 가시적인 균열 흔적이 나타나지 않는 제품.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 지지체 위의 피막의 두께가 3 내지 5㎛인 제품.
