Claims (10)
- ㆍ하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분지쇄형 알콕시-관능성 폴리실록산;(화학식 1)[상기 화학식 1에서,각각의 R1은 6개 이하의 탄소 원자들을 갖는 알킬기, 아릴기, 알콕시기 및 OSi(OR3)3 기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되며,각각의 R3은 독립적으로 R1과 동일한 의미를 가지며,각각의 R2는 수소, 및 6개 이하의 탄소 원자들을 갖는 알킬기 및 아릴기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되고,n은 폴리실록산의 분자량이 200 내지 약 5,000이 되도록 선택됨]ㆍ촉매; 및ㆍ아크릴 중합체(코팅 조성물 중의 폴리실록산 또는 촉매와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 실질적으로 포함하지 않음)를 포함하는 상온 경화성 코팅 조성물로서,상기 코팅 조성물은 60 중량% 이상의 고체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아크릴 중합체는 폴리실록산 중에서의 중합 반응에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리실록산은 알콕시실릴-관능성 폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,촉매는 아미노-관능성인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,촉매는 아미노실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,아크릴 중합체는 0 ℃ 내지 100 ℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,아크릴레이트 단량체의 중합 반응의 개시 이전의 올레핀계 불포화 단량체와 폴리실록산의 총 중량 합을 기준으로 중량%를 계산하여, 20 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 아크릴 단량체를 80 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 폴리실록산 중에서 중합 반응시킨 후 촉매를 첨가함에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,아크릴레이트 단량체의 중합 반응의 개시 이전의 올레핀계 불포화 단량체와 폴리실록산의 총 중량 합을 기준으로 중량%를 계산하여, 1 중량% 내지 60 중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 0 중량% 내지 70 중량%의 부틸 메타크릴레이트를 20 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 폴리실록산 중에서 중합 반응시킨 후 촉매를 첨가함에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,보호 코팅재로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,선박, 교각, 건물, 산업 공장 또는 오일 리그(oil rig)와 같은 대형 구조체를 상온에서 코팅하기 위해 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
