Abstract

하기 일본식(I)의 보호된 아미노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염
(상기 식에서, A는 질소 원자 또는 메틴기이고;R1및 R2는 동리하거나 상이하며 각각 수소 원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 아릴기이며;R3는 저급알콕시기, 할로겐화 저급 알콕시기, 트리페닐메톡시기, 저급 알킬기 또는 아실옥시기이고;R4는 할로겐 원자, 히드록실기, 저급알콕시기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 아미노기이다); 및 그들의 제조 방법이 기재되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 보호된 아미노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체는 세펨 골격 내로 2-(2-아미노트아졸-4-일)-2-알콕시이미노아세틸기 또는 2-(2-아미노티아졸-4-일)-2-알케노일기를 도입시키는데 유용한 중간체이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 보호된 아미노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염.
    상기 식에서, A는 질소 원자 또는 메틴기이고;R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 수소 원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 아릴기이며;R3는 저급 알콕시기, 할로겐화 저급 알콕시기, 트리페닐메톡시기, 저급 알킬기 또는 아실옥시기이고;R4는 할로겐 원자, 히드록시기, 저급 알콕시기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 아미노기이다.
  2. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아니노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 (할로겐화 메틸렌) 디알킬암모늄 할라이드와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진, 제1항에 따른 보호된 아미노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염의 제조 방법.
    상기 식에서, A,R1,R2,R3및 R4는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같으며;X는 할로겐 원자이다.
  3. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아미노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염을 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 포름아미드 유도체와, 옥시염화인, 포스겐, 디포시겐, 트리포스겐 또는 옥살릴 클로라이드로부터 선택된 염소화제의 액상 혼합물 중에서 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진, 제1항에 따른 보호된 아미노티아졸릴아세트산 유도체 또는 그의 염의 제조 방법.
    상기 식에서, A,R1,R2,R3및 R4는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
