Abstract

본 발명은 각각의 슬라이드면에 개별로 슬라이드커버를 배설하지 않고 슬라이드면이 절삭설(切削屑) 등으로부터 보호되는 가공장치를 제공한다.
본 발명의 가공장치는 베드 위에 배설되어 전후방향으로 이동가능한 제1슬라이더와, 좌우방향으로 이동가능한 제2슬라이더와, 상하방향으로 이동가능한 주축헤드와, 상기 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 어느 슬라이드면보다 아래쪽에 배설된 공작물을 위치결정클램프하는 지그장치와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드 면을 가진 공간과 공작물을 가진 공간을 구분하기 위해 베드 위에 지그장치측으로 돌출하여 배설된 천정커버로 이루어지고, 천장커버에는 주축헤드의 일부가 삽통가능한 창이 형성되고, 이 창이 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더의 움직임에 추종이동가능하게 이루어지도록 구성되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예의 가공장치의 전체를 나타낸 정면도, 제3도는 일실시예의 가공장치의 주축헤드근방의 평면도, 제4도는 일실시예의 가공장치의 주축헤드를 제거한 상태의 천장커버의 평면도, 제10도는 일실시예의 가공장치의 공구교환용 셔터부분의 정면돠, 제11도는 일시시예의 가공장치의 공구교환용 셔터부근을 나타낸 평면도이고, 제10도의 C－C에서 본 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 베드 위에 배설되어 전후방향으로 이동가능한 제1슬라이더와, 좌우방향으로 이동가능한 제2슬라이더와, 상하방향으로 이동가능한 주축헤드와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드면보다 아래쪽에 배설되어 공작물을 위치결정클램프하는 지그장치와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드면을 가진 공간과 공작물을 가진 공간을 구분하기 위해 베드 위에 지그장치측으로 돌출하여 배설된 천장커버로 이루어지고, 천장커버에는 주축헤드의 일부가 삽통가능한 창이 형성되고, 이 창이 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더의 움직임에 추종이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 가공장치.
  2. 베드 위에 배설되어 전후, 좌우, 상하방향으로 이동가능한 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드면보다 아래쪽에 배설되어 공작물을 위치결정클램프하는 지그장치와, 상기 지그장치의 전후좌우에 배설된 측면커버와, 측면커버에 형성된 공작물반입출용의 창을 개폐하는 공작물반입출용 셔터와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드면을 가진 공간과 공작물을 가진 공간을 구분하기 위해 베드 위에 지그장치측으로 돌출하여 배설된 천장커버로 이루어지고, 천장커버에는 주축헤드의 일부가 삽통가능한 창이 형성되고, 이 창이 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더의 움직임에 추종이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 가공장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베드는 문형(門型)으로 형성되고, 이 문형 베드의 아래쪽에 배설된 공구매거진과, 문형 베드의 아래쪽에 배설되어 주축과 공구매거진과의 사이에서 공구교환을 행하는 자동공구교환장치와, 공구매거진 및 자동공구교환장치가 점하는 공간과, 공작물 및 지그장치가 점하는 공간과를 구분하는 측면커버와,이 측면커버에 형성된 공구교환용의 창을 개폐하는 공구교환용 셔터에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공장치.
  4. 베드 위에 배설되어 전후방향으로 이동가능한 제1슬라이더와, 좌우방향으로 이동가능한 제2슬라이더와, 상하방향으로 이동가능한 주축헤드와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드면보다 아래쪽에 배설되어 공작물을 위치결정클램프하는 지그장치와, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더, 주축헤드의 슬라이드면을 가진 공간과 공작물을 가진 공간을 구분하기 위해 베드 위에 지그장치측으로 돌출하여 배설된 천장커버로 이루어지고, 이 천장커버에는 전후방향으로 이동가능한 복수 매의 상하방향으로 중합된 전후이동커버와 좌우방향으로 이동가능한 복수 매의 상하방향으로 중합된 좌우이동커버로 이루어지고, 전후이동커버와 좌우이동커버에 주축헤드의 일부가 삽통가능한 창을 형성하고, 제1슬라이더, 제2슬라이더의 이동을 전후이동커버, 좌우이동커버에 전하는 전달수단이 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전달수단이 제2슬라이더에 고정된 브랫킷과, 이 브래킷에 장착되어 전후이동커버에 전후방향으로 계합가능한 전후이동용 당금(當今)과, 브래킷에 장착되어 좌우이동커버에 좌우방향으로 계합가능한 좌우이동용 당금에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 가공장치.
