Abstract
본 발명은 복합 막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
휘발성 유기 용매에 용해시킨 중합체 용액을 물 위에 확전시키고, 용매를 증발시킨 다음, 중합체를 가교결합시키고, 이어서 형성된 중합체 필름을 다공성 지지체 막으로 이동시켜 복합 막을 제조한다.
중합은 바람직하게는 중합체 결합된 OH 그룹을 통해 가교 결합된 폴리실록산이다. 복합 막은 특히 과증발에 적합하다.

Claims (13)
- 휘발성 유기 용매에 용해된 중합체 용액을 물 위에 확전(spreading)시키고, 용매를 증발시킨 다음, 중합체를 가교결합시키고, 이어서 형성된 중합체 필름을 지지체 막으로 이동(transferring)시킴을 특징으로 하여, 복합 막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리실록산인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리실록산이 중합체 결합된 OH 그룹을 통해 가교결합되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용된 가교결합체가 가수분해성 sio결합을 갖는 이작용성, 삼작용성 또는 사작용성 실란인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용된 가교결합체가 트리아세톡시메틸실란인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가교결합이 촉매의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 주석 염인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 올레핀계 이중결합을 갖는 중합체가 방사선에 의해 가교결합되는 방법.
- 수면으로부터 지지체로 이동된, 가교결합된 하나 이상의 중합체 층이 다공성 지지체 막 위에 존재하는 복합 막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합체 층이 보호 층으로서 작용하는 복합 막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합체 층이 폴리실록산인 복합 막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가교결합된 폴리실록산 층이 일반식 (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ)의 단위를 포함하는 복합 막.상기식에서, R 및 R1은 각각 서로 독립적으로 알킬, 페닐 또는 비닐 그룹이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합체 층이 중합체 결합된 OH 그룹을 통해 가교결합되는 복합 막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
