Abstract

실온 경화성(RTV) 실리콘 조성물의 기질에 대한 접착성을 개선하기 위한 방법이 개시된다. 이것을 알콕시 말단의 폴리디오르가노실록산, 규소-결합 메톡시 또는 에톡시기를 갖는 가교제, 충전재 및 티타네이트 촉매로 이루어진 RTV 실리콘 조성물에 에틸아세토아세테이트와 같은 모노케토에스테르를 첨가함으로써 성취된다. 그 다음 이 조성물은 기질에 도포되어 기질 및 비경화 조성물 사이의 밀접한 접촉을 형성한다. 그후에 조성물을 충분한 시간동안 분위기 습기에 노출시켜 경화물질을 얻는다. 시험했을 때 경화물질 및 기질사이의 결합은 놀랍게도 접착성 파괴를 나타낸다.

Claims (1)

  1. 실온 경화성 실리콘 조성물의 기질에 대한 접착성을 개선하는 방법에 있어서, (i) 각 말단 규소원자에 대해 적어도 두개의 규소-결합 메톡시, 에톡시, 프로폭시 또는 부톡시기를 함유하는 말단기를 갖는 폴리디오르가노실록산; 분자당 적어도 두개의 규소-결합 메톡시 또는 에톡시기를 갖는 가교제; 충전재 및 티타늄 촉매로 이루어진 실온 경화성 실리콘 조성물에 모노케토에스테르를 첨가하고(여기서 티타늄촉매중 티타늄원자의 1몰당 0.25 내지 3몰의 모노케토에스테르가 존재함); (ii) (i)로부터의 결과의 실리콘 조성물을 기질표면에 도포하고; 그리고 (ⅲ) 상기 조성물을 충분한 시간동안 분위기 습기에 노출시켜 기질표면에 결합된 경화물질을 얻는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
