Abstract
1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 생체의 혈관에 흐르는 혈액을 광학적으로 계측으로, 혈액검사에 필요한 혈구성분을 분석하는 장치이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적과제
생체의 혈간내를 이동하는 혈구를 촬상하고, 촬상한 정지화상으로부터 혈구, 특히 백혈구의 수를 해석할 수 있는 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
생체의 혈관(12)을 포함하는 검출영역을 조명하는 광조사수단(22)과, 조명된 검출영역을 촬상하는 촬상수단(40)과, 촬상된 화상을 처리해, 상기 검출영역에 포함되는 혈관중의 혈구수를 해석하는 해석수단(70)을 구비하고, 해석수단은 촬상수단이 동일한 검출영역에 대하여 순차적으로 촬상한 복수의 화상의 하나이상을 사용해서 기준화상을 형성하는 기준화상형성수단(78)과, 상기 복수의 화상의 하나와 상기 기준화상에 대하여 각 화소정보의 차를 산출해, 산출한 차를 화소정보로서 차분화상을 형성하는 차분화상형성수단(72)과, 차분화상으로부터 백혈구를 검출하는 혈구상검출수단(79)으로 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
생체로부터 혈액을 채취하지 않고 혈관의 혈액을 주기적으로 촬상하고 두개의 화상의차의 화상을 형성함에 따라서 용이하게 혈구의 인식 및 계수를 행할 수 있다.
따라서 생체외부로부터의 촬상임에도 불구하고 백혈구의 계수도 가능해진다.

Claims (7)
- 생체의 혈관(12)을 포함하는 검출영역을 조명하는 광조사수단(22)과, 조명된 검출영역을 촬상하는 촬상수단(40)과, 촬상된 화상을 처리해, 상기 검출영역에 포함되는 혈관중의 혈구수를 해석하는 해석수단(70)을 구비하고, 해석수단은 촬상수단이 동일한 검출영역에 대하여 순차적으로 촬상한 복수의 화상의 하나이상을 사용해서 기준화상을 형성하는 기준화상형성수단(78)과, 상기 복수의 화상의 하나와 상기 기준화상에 대하여 각화소정보의 차를 산출해, 산출한 차를 화소정보로서 차분화상을 형성하는 차분화상형성수단(72)과, 차분화상으로부터 백혈구를 검출하는 혈구상검출수단(79)으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습 혈액분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기준화상형성수단(78)은 순차적으로 촬상된 복수의 화상으로부터 선택된 두 개의 화상에 대하여, 한쪽의 화상을 기준화상으로하고, 차분화상성형수단(72)은 다른쪽의 화상과 상기 기준화상에 대하여 각 화소정보의 차를 산출하고 산출한 차를 화소정보로서 차분화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습혈액분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기준화상형성수단(78)은 순차적으로 촬상된 복수의 화상의 적어도 두 개이상에 대하여 각 화소정보의 평균치를 산출하고, 그 평균치를 화소정보로서 기준화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습혈액분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해석수단(70)은 차분화상을 2치화하는 2치화처리수단(75)구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습혈액분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해석수단(70)은 혈구상 검출수단(79)으로부터 얻어지는 혈구상과 소정의 참고상과를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 따라서 혈구상의 혈구의 종류를 인식하는 화상인식수단(76)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습 혈액분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해석수단(70)은 촬상수단(40)이 동일한 검출영역을 소정주기로 촬상할대, 형성되는 복수의 차분화상에 대하여 혈구상 검출수단에 의하여 검출되는 혈구상의 수를 계수하고, 혈구상의 이동거리를 산출하고, 혈구상이동거리와 촬상주기로부터 혈구이동속도를 산출하고, 계수된 혈구상수와 산출된 이동속도로부터 단위체적당의 혈구수를 연산하는 연산수단(77)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습혈액분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혈구상 검출수단(79)이 백혈구상을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습혈액분석장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
