더 상세하게는 α-화가 잘되고 고온에서 압출 성형할때 팽창이 잘되는 곡물가루에 식이섬유가 풍부한
식품원료와 콜레스테롤의 배설을 증가시켜 주는 식품원료를 가하여 고온에서 압출 성형하여 장기간 보존
이 되고 어디에서나 손쉽게 식용할 수 있는 고온 압출 성형한 식이섬유가 풍부한 저칼로리 다이어트 식
품에 관한 것이다.
(구성)옥수수그릿츠, 사과박 및 콩비지, 밀기울과 옥수수겨 및 쌀겨, α-셀룰로스, β-싸이클로덱스트린,

    틴과 구아검 및 알긴, 식염, 아스파탐, 구연산을 다음의 배합비율로 배합 구성하여서 된 고온에서 압출
    성형하여서 된 식이섬유가 풍부한 저칼로리 다이어트 식품.
    옥수수그릿츠 70∼50중량%
    사과박 및 콩비지 15∼10중량%
    밀기울, 옥수수겨 및 쌀겨 15∼10중량%
    α-셀룰로스 10∼4중량%
    β-싸이클로덱스트린 5∼3중량%
    펙틴, 구아검 및 알긴 4.5∼2.5중량%
    식염 0.3중량%
    아스파탐 0.1중량%
