发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有的儿童汤勺易被误食,危害儿童的生命,且会误伤儿童的问题,本发明首先将普鲁兰多糖、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠溶解于水中,与利用胶原蛋白、壳聚糖制备的混合液进行交联反应,得到粘稠液,再将高粱米糊化后,得糊化物,将胡萝卜、去皮南瓜和菠菜进行烤制后绞碎得到泥状物,并将其与糊化物混合得到混合物,将混合物挤压成条后,置于粘稠液中浸泡,取出干燥,得到干燥物,最后将其与聚乳酸、丙三醇、山梨酸钾混合造粒,放入模型中压制后脱模即可。本发明制备的儿童汤勺原料均食用,不仅不会危害儿童的身体健康,且会增强儿童食欲,安全健康,可食用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)分别称取10~20g普鲁兰多糖、20~25g海藻酸钠和5~10g羧甲基纤维素钠加入到800~1000mL去离子水中,搅拌混合至固体完全溶解,得溶解液,称取80~100g胶原蛋白和20~30g壳聚糖加入800~1000mL丙三醇中,搅拌混合20~30min后得混合液,将混合液和溶解液混合,并加入3~5mL质量分数2%戊二醛溶液,搅拌混合2~3h,搅拌后真空脱泡,得粘稠液,备用;
(2)称取250~300g高梁米,放入粉碎机中粉碎、过50~60目筛,得高粱米粉末,加入至200~250mL去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后放入水浴锅中,
在70~80℃温度下搅拌糊化1~2h,得糊化物;
(3)分别称取100~150g胡萝卜、100~120g去皮南瓜和60~80g菠菜,用锡纸包裹后放入烤箱中,在上下火160℃下烤制15~20min,烤制后取出放入料理机中绞碎,得泥状物,将泥状物和上述的糊化物按质量比1:1混合,
混合后放入和面机中混合10~20min,得混合物;
(4)将上述混合物放入面条机中,挤压成条,并自然风干,将风干后的物质切碎成粒径为5~10mm的颗粒,按质量比1:5将颗粒浸泡在步骤(1)
备用的粘稠液中,浸泡18~20h后过滤取出,并放入真空烘箱中,在60~70℃温度下干燥8~10h,干燥后得干燥物;
(5)按重量份数计,分别选取50~60份上述干燥物、40~60份聚乳酸、8~10份丙三醇和1~3份山梨酸钾,搅拌混合后加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,将造粒后的物质放入汤勺模具中,在真空状态下加热至120~130℃进行压制成型,压制后冷却至室温后脱模,即可得到可食用儿童汤勺。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备的可食用儿童汤勺可以食用,易被儿童吸收,不会危害儿童的身体健康;
(2)本发明制备的可食用儿童汤勺增强了儿童食欲,且为儿童提高丰富的营养物质;
(3)本发明制备的可食用儿童汤勺制备步骤简单,所需的原材料易获取,成本低廉。
具体实施方式

Claims (1)

1.一种可食用儿童汤勺,其特征在于采用如下的具体步骤制备:
(1)分别称取10~20g普鲁兰多糖、20~25g海藻酸钠和5~10g羧甲基纤维素钠加入到800~1000mL去离子水中,搅拌混合至固体完全溶解,得溶解液,称取80~100g胶原蛋白和20~30g壳聚糖加入800~1000mL丙三醇中,搅拌混合20~30min后得混合液,将混合液和溶解液混合,并加入3~5mL质量分数2%戊二醛溶液,搅拌混合2~3h,搅拌后真空脱泡,得粘稠液,备用;
(2)称取250~300g高梁米,放入粉碎机中粉碎、过50~60目筛,得高粱米粉末,加入至200~250mL去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后放入水浴锅中,在70~80℃温度下搅拌糊化1~2h,得糊化物;
