Abstract
본 발명은, 투명한 기판위에 색소를 가진 기록층, 반사층을 가진 광기록매체로서, 경우에 따라서는 또 간섭층을 가지고 기판을 통해서 측정한 반사율이 770∼830nm의 파장λ1에 대해서 65%이상, 630∼690nm의 파장 λ2에 대해서 15%이상이며, 파장λ1의 레이저광에 의해 기록 및 이 기록의 재생이 가능하며, 또한, 파장 λ1의 레이저광에 의해 기록한 정보가 파장λ2의 레이저광에 의해서도 재생이 가능한 광기록매체이다.

Claims (8)
- 투명한 기판위에 적어도 색소를 함유하는 기록층, 반사층을 가진 광기록매체로서, 기판을 통해서 측정한 반사율이 770∼830nm에서 선택된 파장의 광λ1에 대해서 65%이상, 630∼690nm에서 선택된 파장의 광λ2에 대해서 15%이상이며, 파장λ1의 레이저광에 의해 기록 및 이 재생이 가능하며, 또한 파장λ1에 의해 기록한 정보가 파장λ2의 레이저광에 의해 재생이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층위에 직접 반사층이 형성되고, 기록층의 λ1의 광에 대한 complex refractive index 의 real part의 값을 n1, imaginary part의 절대치를 k1, 및 λ2의 광에 대한 complex refractive index의 real part의 값을 n2, imaginary part의 절대치를 k2로 했을때, n1≥1.8, 0.04≤k1≤0.15, n2≥1.6, 0.04≤k2≤0.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기록층이 630nmal미만에 극대흡수를 가진 색소A와 630∼900nm에 극대흡수를 가진 색소B를 함유하고, 색소A와 색소B의 비율이, 색소A가 80wt% 이상, 99.9wt% 이상, 색소B가 0.1wt%이상, 20wt% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체 .
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판과 기록층의 사이 또는 기록층과 반사층의 사이에 또 간섭층이 형성되고, 기록층의 λ1의 광에 대한 complex refractiveindex 의 real part의 값을 n1, imaginary part의 절대치를 k1' 및 λ2의 광에 대한 complex refractiveindex의 real part의 값을 n2', imaginary part의 절대치를 k2'로 했을때, n1'≥1.8, 0.04≤k1≤0.15, n2'≥1. 1, 0.04≤k2'≤0.6이며, 기록층에 사용하는 색소가 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 프탈로시아닌 색소인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.(식중, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4는 산소 또는 유황원자를 , Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4는 4∼12개의 탄소를 가진 탄화수소기, 또 4∼12개의 탄소와 1개 이상의 산소 및 질소 및 또는 유황 및 또는 할로겐을 가진 기를 X1,X2,X3,X4는 할로겐을 표시하고, l1, l2, l3, l4는 1 또는 2를 m1, m2, m3, m4는 0∼3의 정수를 M은 2개의 수소, 2가 이상의 금속, 금속의 산화물 또는 할로겐화물을 표시함).
- 제4항에 있어서, 간섭층의 굴절율을 ni, 막두께를 di(nm)로 했을때, λ1및 λ2의 양쪽의 파장의 광에 대해서, 100≤ni×di≤300인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 간섭층이 부기유전체 또는 폴리머로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 간섭층이 색소로 이루어지고, 이 색소가 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 아조색소 또는 이 아조색소의 금속복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체(식중 A는, 그것이 결합하고 있는 질소원자 및 탄소원자와 다같이되어 복소고리를 형성하는 잔기이며, B는 그것이 결합하고 있는 2개의 탄소원자와 같이 되어 방향고리를 형성하는 잔기이다. 또, X는 활성수소를 가진기이다.)
- 기판위에 적어도 색소를 함유하는 기록층, 반사층을 가지고, 기판을 통해서 측정한 반사율이 770∼830nm에서 선택된 파장의 광λ1에 대해서 65%이상, 630∼690nm에서 선택된 파장의 광λ2에 대해서 15%이상인 광기록 매체에, 파장λ1의 레이저광을 사용해서 정보를 기록 및 재생하고, 또는 파장λ1에 의해 기록한 정보를 파장λ2의 레이저광을 사용해서도 재생하는 기록 및 재생방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
