Abstract

본 발명은 건축 내, 외장용 또는 거푸집용 등의 판재로 사용하기 위하여 열가소성 합성수지시트를 다층 적층압착하여 구성함과 아울러 경량으로 형성함으로써 종래 단일층 구조의 내구성 저하 및 다층 구조의 무거운 중량에 의하여 발생되는 문제점을 해결하고자 한 열가소성 합성수지로 된 경량 적층판 및 그 적층방법에 관한 것으로서, 열가소성 합성수지로 된 상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)사이에 적층되는 중간층의 시트를, 경량층, 즉, 발포 성형한 시트(3), 또는 다수의 구멍(41)을 천공한 시트(4), 또는 상, 하면을 요철면(51)으로 형성한 시트(5), 또는 상, 하면에 다수의 돌기(61)를 형성한 시트(6)로 하여 구성하며, 상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)와 중간층 시트(3, 또는 4, 또는 6)와의 적층은 볼트에 의한 적층방법, 결합에 의한 적층방법, 용접에 의한 적층방법, 열융착에 의한 적층방법, 진동융착에 의한 적층방법 중 선택적으로 이루어진다.

Claims (6)

  1. 열가소성 합성수지를 적층하여 이루어지는 적층판에 있어서, 열가소성 합성수지로된 상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)사이에 적층되는 시트를 경량층으로 함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성수지로된 경량 적층판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경량층인 중간층의 시트는 다수의 내부기공(31)을 가지도록 발포성형하여 이루어진 열가소성 합성수지 시트(3)임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성수지로 된 경량 적층판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경량층인 중간층의 시트는 다수의 구멍(41)이 천공된 열가소성 합성수지 시트(4)임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성수지로 된 경량 적층판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경량층인 중간층의 시트는 상, 하면이 요철면(51)으로 된 열가소성 합성수지 시트(5)임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성수지로 된 경량 적층판.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 경량층인 중간층의 시트는 상, 하면에 다수의 돌기(61)가 돌설된 열가소성 합성 수지 시트(6)임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성수지로된 경량 적층판.
  6. 제1항에 따른 적층판을 적층하기 위한 방법으로서, 상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)와 경량층인 중간층 시트를 볼트로 체결하거나；상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)에는 고정돌기 또는 고정홈을, 이와는 반대로 중간층 시트에는 고정홈 또는 고정돌기를 형성하여 상기 고정돌기 및 고정홈을 상호 결합하거나；상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)와 중간층 시트와의 접촉면을 접착제에 의해 상호 접착하거나；상, 하부층 시트(1)(2)사이에 중간층 시트를 삽입하여 이것들의 상호간의 접촉면을, 가열로울러나 가열공기에 의하여 열융착하거나, 고주파 용접기에 의하여 용접하거나, 진동에 의한 마찰열을 이용하여 진동융착함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 합성수지로 된 경량 적층판 적층방법.
