Abstract

본 발명은 에어콘의 소음감소장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 블로어팬과, 상기 블로어팬과 일정간격 떨어진 스데빌라이져를 구비하는 에어콘에 있어서, 블로어팬이 회전될때 각 블레이드가 스테빌라이져를 통과하면서 발생하는 소음과 위상이 반대인 음을 발생시켜 서로 상쇄하는 소음상쇄수단을 구비하는 특징적인 구성에 의해, 특이음을 근본적으로 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그로 인한 다른 소음의 중대나 효율의 저하를 가져오지 않는다. 또한 특이음 때문에 블로어팬의 설계시 제한되어왔던 스데빌라이져와 블로어팬과의 상대적인 위치및 형상설계가 자유로워져 블로어팬의 성능향상에 효과적인 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 블로어팬과, 상기 블로어팬과 일정간격 떨어진 스테빌라이져를 구비하는 에어콘에 있어서, 상기 블로어팬이 회전될때 각 블레이드가 스테빌라이져를 통과하면서 발생하는 소음과 위상이 반대인 음을 발생시켜 서로 상쇄하는 소음상쇄수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 소음감소장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소음상쇄수단은 각 블레이드마다 형성한 위치표시부와, 상기 각 위치표시부가 통과하는 속도를 검출하는 위치센서와, 상기 스테빌라이져에 다수개 설치한 스피커와, 상기 위치센서에서 출력되는 속도에 비례하여 상기 각 스피커를 발음하는 제어부를 구비합을 특징으로하는 에어콘의 소음감소장치.
