Abstract

본 발명은 펌프 효율 및 내구성이 우수한 기름 펌프를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 외부 로우터(19)와, 이 외부 로우터(19)에 대해 편심 상태로 맞물리고, 또 크랭크축(23)과 일체 회전하는 내부 로우터(21)과, 이들 외부 로우터(19) 및 내부 로우터(21)을 회전 가능하게 수납하고, 또 기름의 흡입구(14)와 토출구(16)이 형성된 펌프 하우징(11)을 갖는 기름 펌프에 있어서, 내부 로우터(21)의 일단부로 부터 크랭크축(23)의 축선과 평행한 방향으로 방향으로 돌출하여 내주면이 크랭크축(23)의 외주면에 일체적으로 끼워 맞추어지는 동시에 와주면이 펌프 하우징(11)의 단부판부(12)의 내주면에 미끄럼 가능하게 끼워 맞추어지는 끼워 맞춤 통부(22)와, 이 끼워 맞춤 통부(22)가 돌출하기 전의 내부 로우터(21)의 일단면과 이 내부 로우터(21)의 일단면이 대향하는 펌프 하우징(11)의 단부판부(12)의 내단부와의 사이에 형성되는 기름 누설 방지용 래빈린스부(26,27)을 구비한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 기름 펌프를 트로코이드(trochoid)펌프에 응용한 일실시예의 내부 구조를 표시하는 단면도.
제2도는 제1도 중 화살표 II부분을 추출한 확대 단면도.
제3도는 펌프 카버를 벗겨낸 상태에 있어서의 제1도의 좌측면도.
제4도는 펌프 카버 외에 외부 로우터 및 내부 로우터를 벗겨낸 상태에 있어서의 제1도의 좌측면도.
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 기름 펌프의 다른 일실시예의 내부 구조를 표시하는 단면도.
제6도는 제5도중 화살표 Ⅵ부분을 추출한 확대 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 내주에 내치가 형성된 외부 로우터와, 이 외부 로우터의 내치 보다도 잇수가 작은 외치가 형성되는 동시에 이 외부 로우터에 대해 편심 상태로 맞물리고 또 펌프 구동축과 일체로 회전하는 내부 로우터와, 이들 외부 로우터 및 내부 로우터를 회전 가능하게 수납하고 또 기름의 흡입구와 토출구가 형성된 펌프 하우징을 갖는 기름 펌프에 있어서, 상기 내부 로우터의 일단부로부터 상기 펌프 구동축의 축선과 평행한 방향으로 돌출하여 내주면이 상기 펌프 구동축의 외주명에 일체적으로 끼워 맞추는 동시에 외주면이 펌프 하우징의 단부판부의 내주면에 미끄럼 가능하게 끼워 맞추어지는 끼워 맞춤 통부와, 이 끼워 맞춤 통부가 돌출하기 전의 상기 내부 로우터의 일단면과 애 내부 로우터의 일단면이 대향하는 펌프 하우징의 단부판부의 내단부와의 사이에 형성되는 기름 누설 방지용 래비린스부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기름 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 래비린스부가 펌프 하우징의 단부판부의 내단부로부터 내부로우터의 일단면측으로 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 환형 동기부와, 이 돌기부에 대응하여 상기 내부 로우터의 일단면에 형성된 환형 홈 흑은 환형 단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기름 펌프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 펌프 하우징의 단부판의 내단부에 돌출 설치되는 래비린스부의 환형의 돌기부가 흡입구측으로 오프세트되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기름 펌프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 래비린스부가 내부 로우터의 일단면으로부터 펌프 하우징의 단부판부의 돌기부가 흡입구측으로 오프세트되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기름 펌프.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 펌프 하우징의 단부판부의 내단부에 형성되는 래비린스부의 환형 홈 흑은 환형단부가 흡입구측으로 오프세트되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기름 펌프.
