Abstract

본 발명의 에폭시 수지 조성물은, (A) 분자당 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A1), 분자량이 130 내지 900g/mol인 폴리옥시알킬렌모노아민(A2), 필요할 경우, 분자량이 900 내지 5,000g/mol인 폴리옥시알킬렌모노아민(A3), 및, 필요할 경우, 폴리카복실산(A4)의 반응 생성물인, 2개이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물, (B) 경화제 및 (C) 필요할 경우, 통상적인 첨가제를 포함한다.

Claims (22)

  1. (A) 분자당 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A1), 분자량이 130 내지 900g/mol인 폴리옥시알킬렌모노아민(A2)의 반응 생성물인, 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물 및 (B) 경화제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)를 생성시키기 위한 반응물질로서 분자량이 900 내지 5,000g/mol인 폴리옥시알킬렌모노아민(A3)을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A)를 생성시키기 위한 반응물질로서 폴리카복실산(A4)를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 통상적인 첨가제(C)를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A1)의 에폭사이드 당량이 150 내지 250g/mol인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리옥시 알킬렌모노아민(A2) 및 (A3)이 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물.
    CH3-(O-CH2-CH2-y-[O-CH2-CH3(CH)]x-NH2
    상기식에서, x는 1내지 41이고, y는 0 내지 10이다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A2)가 구조식 CH3-O-CH2-CH2-[O-CH3-CH(CH3)]9-NH2의 폴리옥시알킬렌모노아민인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A2)의 분자량이 500 내지 700g/mol인 조성물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(A4)가 산가가 150 내지 230mgKOH/g인 이량체성 지방산인 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(A4)가 하기 일반식(1)의 디카복실산인 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 2 내지 5의 알킬렌 라디칼이고, n은 0 또는 1 내지 300의 정수이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(1)의 R1이 에틸렌 라디칼이고, n이 1 내지 50인 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 성분(A4)가 폴리글리콜산 600인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A2)의 사용량이 성분(A1)을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 80중량%인 조성물.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A1)을 기준으로 하여 성분(A2)의 사용량이 20 내지 80중량%, 성분(A3)의 사용량이 20 내지 50중량%인 조성물.
  15. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(A1)을 기준으로 하여 성분(A2)의 사용량이 20 내지 80중량%, 성분(A3)의 사용량이 20 내지 50중량%, 성분(A4)의 사용량이 0.1 내지 30중량%인 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 잠재성 경화제(latent hardener)인 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 디시안디아미드인 조성물.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 N-아미노에틸피페라진인 조성물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 N-아미노에틸피페라진과 노닐페놀의 혼합물인 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 촉진제를 함유하는 조성물.
  21. 제1항 내지 제20항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 접착제로서의 용도.
  22. 제1항 내지 제20항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 자동차 산업분야용 구조물 접착제로서의 용도.
