제2도는 경화된 에폭시 수지계에서 두가지 다른 증강제에 대해 증강제 농도가 인장강도에 미치는 영향을 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (28)
- 다음의 성분으로 이루어진 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- (a) 수지를 형성하는 폴리에폭시드.
- (b) (a)에 대한 아민경화제.
- (c) (a)+(b)에 대한 증강제이며 다음의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 증강제.
- (ⅰ) 방향족 고리에 부착된 아민기를 가진 방향족 아민,
- (ⅱ) 모노에폭시드 또는 디에폭시드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증강제 (c)(ⅰ)의 방향족 아민반응물이 다음의 일반식을 갖는 조성물.

- 이 식에서 A-E는 수소, 저급알킬, 할로겐, 할로겐화 저급알킬, 페닐, 할로겐화 페닐, 히드록실, 아미노, 알킬렌이 결합된 방향족 아민 또는 아미드 성분,및(X는 H, 저급알킬 및 페닐중에서 선택된다)중에서 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증강제의 에폭시드 반응물이 다음의 일반식을 갖는 모노에폭시드인 조성물.

- 이 식에서 A´ 및 B´는 수소, 할로겐, 저급알킬, 할로겐화 저급알킬, 페닐, 할로겐화 페닐 및 알킬렌이 결합된 방향족 에테르성분중에서 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증강제의 에폭시드 반응물이 에폭시드기 두가지를 함유하는데 그 중 한 기가 다른 기에 비해 거의 반응하지 않는 기를 함유하는 디에폭시드인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 디에폭시드 반응물이 이산화 비닐클로로헥센인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증강제의 농도가 수지 100부에 대해 무게비로 약 40부까지의 범위에 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 경화제가 메틸렌 디아닐린, N-아미노에틸피페라진, 메타페닐랜디아민 및 에틸메틸이미다졸중에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강하고 높은 탄성율과 연성형의 파손을 가지는 고체 형태로경화된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증강제 성분이 이소시안산 또는 니트릴과 더 반응하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 더 반응하는 반응물이 이소시안산 메틸, 이소시안산 에틸, 이소시안산 페닐 및 이들의 할로겐화 유도체들 중에서 선택된 이소시안산인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 더 반응하는 반응물이 아미노벤조니트릴, 프탈로니트릴, 말로노니트릴, 숙시노니트릴, 아디포니트릴 및 이들의 할로겐화 유도체들 중에서 선택된 니트릴인 조성물.
- 다음 단계로 이루어진 에폭시 수지를 강화하는 방법.
- (a) (ⅰ) 방향족 고리에 부착된 아민기를 가진 방향족 아민과
- (ⅱ) 모노에폭시드나 디에폭시드를 반응시켜서 증강제를 형성하고,
- (b) 증강제를 수지를 형성하는 폴리에폭시드와 이 폴리에폭시드에 대한 아민경화제에 혼합한 후.
- (c) 강하고 높은 탄성율과 연성형의 파손을 가지는 고체를 형성하도록 혼합물을 가열하여 경화하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 아민(ⅰ) 약 1몰을 모노에폭시드나 디에폭시드 약 0.8-6몰과 함께 약 75-190℃에서 약 1시간동안 가열하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 디에탈아민 히드로클로라이드, 에틸메틸이미다졸, 알파메틸벤질디메틸아민 및 2-히드록실벤질디메틸아민류의 촉매존재하에서 실시되는 방법.
