Claims (10)

  1. (i)2가 페놀의 글리시딜 에테르인 적어도 하나의 에폭시 수지; (ii)적어도 하나의 2가 페놀; 및 (iii)이량체 산으로부터 유도된 중합 지방산과 디아민을 2/1.10 내지 2/1.9의 몰비로 반응시켜 제조한 아민값이 20이하이고 산값이 적어도 20인 폴리아미드 디카복실산을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 제조한, 평균 분자량이 1,000내지 100.000이고 에폭시 당량이 500내지 10,000이며 산값이 10이하인 폴리아미드 에폭시 에스테르 수지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 K 또는 비스페놀 AD의 글리시딜 에테르인 수지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2가 페놀이 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 K 또는 비스페놀 AD인 수지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 지방산이 주요 성분으로서 탄소수 12 내지 24의 불포화 지방산의 이량체 산을 포함하는 수지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 디아민이 에틸렌 디아민, 4,4′-메틸렌 디아닐린 또는 N-올레인-1,3-프로판 디아민인 수지.
  6. 비스페놀로부터 유도된 액체 에폭시 수지를 고체 농도 70내지 100중량%의 비스페놀과 반응시킨후, 에폭시 당량이 500내지 5,000이고 평균 분자량이 2,000 내지 50,000인 수득된 고체 에폭시 수지를 고체 농도 60내지 100중량%의 제1항의 폴리아미드 디카복실산과 에스테르화 중합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 폴리아미드 에폭시 에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 비스페놀로부터 유도된 액체 에폭시 수지를 고체농도 80내지 100중량%의 제1항의 폴리아미인 디카복실산 반응시킨후, 산값이 5이하이고 에폭시 당량이 180 내지 300이며 평균 분자량이 500 내지 3,000인 수득된 반고체 또는 액체폴리아미드 에폭시 에스테르 수지를 고체농도 60 내지 100중량%의 비스페놀과 에스테르화 중합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 폴리아미드 에폭시 에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 비스페놀을 고체농도 80 내지 100%의 제1항의 폴리아미드 카복실산과 축합시킨후, 산값이 5이하이고 평균 분자량이 500 내지 3,000이 수득된 폴리아미드 비스페놀에스테르 수지를 고체농도 60 내지 100%의 비스페놀로부터 유도된 액체 에폭시 수지와 에테르화 중합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 폴리아미드 에폭시 에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 비스페놀로부터 유도된 액체 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 및 제1항의 폴리아미드 디카복실산을 60 내지 100%의 고체농도로 120 내지 200℃의 온도에서 축합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 폴리아미드 에폭시에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항의 폴리아미드 에폭시 에스테르 수지를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
