Abstract

본 발명은 워크 피스를 밀착하기 위한 장치 및 가공유니트를 갖는 가변적 치수의 워크 피스의 워크 피스 에지를 가공하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 장치는 워크 피스 플레이트를 밀착시키기 위한 밀착 플레이트를 갖는 제1밀착 테이블 위로 돌출한 워크 피스 에지를 밀착하기 위한 밀착 플레이트를 갖는 제2밀악 테이블과, 제2밀착 테이블에 대해 상대적으로 제1밀착 테이블의 위치와 방향을 변경하기 위한 수단을 구비하고 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 워크 피스를 밀착시키기 위한 장치 및 가공 유니트로 워크 피스 에지를 가공하는 동안에 가변적인 치수를 갖는 워크피스를 고정하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 워크 피스 평면의 중요한 부분을 밀착시키기 위한 밀착플레이트(12)를 제1밀착 테이블(11)과, 워크 피스 에지(19)를 구비하고 그리고, 제1밀착 테이블(11)위로 돌출한 워크 피스 평면을 밀착하기 위한 밀착 플레이트(18)를 갖는 제2밀착 테이블(17)과, 제2밀착 테이블에 대하여 상대적으로 제1밀착 테이블(11)의 위치를 변경시키기 위한 매니플레이터(13)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀착 플레이트(12, 18)는 위를 향해 떨어져 있고 워크 피스(10)및 워크 피스 에지(19)를 지지하는 종방향 및 횡방향 패킹(23, 24)을 가지며, 진공 펌프(25)가 제공되어 밀착플레이트(12, 18)와 워크 피스(10)및 워크 피스 에지(19)사이에 형성되고 패킹에 의해 제한된 공간(30)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀착 테이블(11, 17)의 밀착 플레이트(12, 18)가 돔형상의 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀착 플레이트(18)의 높이 및 위치를 변경시키기 위한 회전축(26)및 리프팅 스탠드(27)가 제2밀착 테이블에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 선회 가능한 지지 밀착 부재(22)가 제2밀착 테이블에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 워크 피스(10)의 위치를 결정하기 위한 고정 유니트(28)가 제1밀착 테이블(11)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀착 플레이트(18)의 진동 및 굽힘을 억제하기 위해, 지지 유니트(21)가 제2밀착 테이블(17)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀착 테이블(11, 17)과, 매니퓰레이터(13), 회전축(26) 및 리프팅 스탠드(27)와, 지지유니트(21)와, 가공 유니트(15)와, 지지 밀착부재(22)가 제어 장치(31)와 연결되어 있고, 이 제어장치(31)는 회전축(26)및 리프팅 스탠드(27)와, 지지유니트(21)와, 지지 밀착부재(22)와 관련하여 제2밀착 테이블(17)의 모든 위치를 자동으로 지나가 이것들을 각각의 가공 유니트(15)의 프로그램 및 제1밀착 테이블(11)의 매니퓰레이터(13)를 조종하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크 피스 고정 장치.
