Abstract

본 발명은 (A) 아조 안료, (B)(ⅰ) 아미노기에 대해 메타-또는 파라-위치에 있는 카르복실기 또는 술폰산기를 갖는 1급 방향족 아민의 디아조늄염과(ⅱ) 치환되지 않았거나 또는 치환된 1종 이상의 나프톨로 이루어지며 50몰%이상이 나프톨술폰산인 커플링 성분과의 아조 반응 생성물, 또는 그의 염, 및 임의로, (C) 산기를 함유하 는 유기 수지 또는 그의 염으로 이루어진 안료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. (A) 아조 안료, (B)(ⅰ) 아미노기에 대해 메타-또는 파라-위치에 있는 카르복실기 또는 술폰산기를 갖는 1급 방향족 아민의 디아조늄염과 (ⅱ) 치환되지 않았거나 또는 치환된 1종 이상의 나프톨로 이루어지며 50몰%이상이 나프톨술폰산인 커플링 성분과의 아조 반응 생성물, 또는 그의 염, 및 임의로, (C) 산기를 함유하는 유기 수지 또는 그의 염으로 이루어진 안료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)는 아미노기에 대해 오르토-위치에 있는 방향족 핵 상에 산기가 치환된 1급 방향족 아민의 디아조늄염 및 β-나프톨 커플링 성분으로부터 유도된 것이거나, 또는 각각, 아미노기에 대해 오르토-위치에 있는 방향족 핵상에 산기가 치환된 1급 방향족 아민의 2종 이상의 디아조늄염 및 β-나편톨 커플링 성분으로 부터 유도된 것인 조성물,
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 디아조늄염(ⅰ)은 아미노기에 대해 메타-또는 파라-위치에 있는 슬폰산기를 갖는 아민으로부터 유도된 것인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 나프톨술폰산이 β-나프톨술폰산인 조정물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 나프톨술폰산이 실질적으로 커플링 성분(ⅱ)의 전부를 함유하는 것인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 아조 반응 생성물(B)가 2-나프톨-6-술폰산을 메타닐산,술파닐산 또는 2-클로로-5-아미노벤젠술폰산의 디아조늄염과 커플링시켜 얻은 염료인 조성물.
  7. 제1항내지 6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유기 수지(C)가 로진인 조성물,
  8. 제1항내지 7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 아조 반응 생성물(B)가 안료(A)의 0.5내지 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유기 수지 (C)가 안료 (A)의 0.1 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물
  10. (a) 제1항, 3항 내지 6항 및 8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 아조 반응 생성물(B)를 함유하는 수성 알칼리 매질 중에서 제1항 또는 2항에 기재된 아조 안료(A)를 형성시켜 수성 알칼리 매질 중의 개질된 안료의 분산액을 얻고, (b) 임의로. 제1항, 7항 및 9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 산기 함유 유기 수지 또는 그의 수용성 염(C)를 안료 형성 전 또는 후에 수성 알칼리 매질 중에 용해시키고, (c) 단계 (b)가 수행되는 경우 유기 수지 (C)를 침전시키고, (d) 단계(a)에서 얻은 생성물 또는 단계(b)가 수행되는 경우 단계(C)에서 얻은 생성물로부터 고체 안료 조성물을 분리시키는 것으로 이루어진 안료 조성물의 제조 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 안료(A)가 아조 금속염 안료이고, 단계(a)가 카르복실기 또는 술폰산기를 갖는 방향족 아민의 디아조늄염을 수성 알칼리 매질 중에서 치환되지 않았거나 또는 치환된 나프톨 커플링 성분과 커플링 반응을 수행하여 상기 매질 중의 안료 전구체의 용액 또는 현탁액을 얻고, 아조 반응 생성물(B)를 커플링 반응이 수행되기 전 또는 후에 상기 매질 중에 용해시키고, 알칼리 토금속염 또는 망간염을 상기 용액 또는 현탁액에 첨가하여 안료를 침전시켜 수행되는 것인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 안료(A)가 술폰산기로 치환된 아민의 디아조늄염으로부터 유도된 것이고, 칼슘염을 상기 용액 또는 현탁액에 첨가시켜 안료를 침전시키는 방법.
  13. 제10 내지 12항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유기 수지(C)를 안료 형성 전에 수성 알칼리 매질 중에 용해시키며, 알칼리 토금속염 또는 망간염을 첨가하여 안료(A)를 침전시키고, 수지 (C)의 적어도 일부를 공침전시키는 방법.
  14. 제10 내지 13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 수지 (C)의 적어도 일부를, 안료(A)의 형성 후 금속염 또는 아민을 수성 알칼리 매질에 첨가하여 수지 (C)의 적어도 일부를 불용성 금속 토는 아민염의 형태로 전환 및 (또는)안료 형성 후 수성 알칼리 매질의 pH를 수지 (C)의 적어도 일부가 유리 산 형태로 전환되는 수준가지 저하시 킴으로써 침전시키는 방빕.
  15. 유효 착색량의 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 안료 조성물로 안료 착색된 표면 코팅용 조성몰.
