Abstract
본 발명은 (A)폴리(메트)아크릴산 및 폴리(메트)아크릴산의 부분적으로 중화된 생성물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중합체 및 (B)당류를 중량비 95:5-20:80로 함유하는 혼합물로부터 형성되며, 30℃, 80%상대습도인 조건하에서 측정시 산소 기체 투과율이 5.00×10-3ml(STP)ㆍ㎝/㎡ㆍhㆍatm(Pa)이하인 기체 차단 필름에 관한 것이다.
또한, 필름을 혼합물로부터 형성시키고, 특정한 조건하에서 열 처리시켜 기체 차단 필름을 제조하는 방법이 기재되어 있다.

제1도는 가용성 전분에 대한 폴리아크릴산(PPA)의 부분적으로 중화된 생성물 및 그로부터 수득된 열 처리 필름에 대한 산소 투과도의 관계를 나타낸 도면이고
제2도는 멸 터리 필름에 대한 열 처리 은도, 열 처리 시간 및 산소 투과도의 관계를 나타낸 도면이며
제3도는 열 처리 필름에 대한 PAA의 중화도 및 산소 투과도의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (25)
- (A)폴리(메트)아크릴산 및 폴리(메트)아크릴산의 부분적으로 중화된 생성물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중합체 및 (B)당류를 중량비 95:5-20:80로 함유하는 혼합물로부터 형성되며, 30℃, 80%상대습도인 조건하에서 측정시 산소 기체 투과율이 5.00×10-3ml(STP)ㆍ㎝/㎡ㆍhㆍatm(Pa)이하임을 특징 으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 끓는 물에 불용성임을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 30℃, 80%상대습도인 조건하에서 측정시 산소 기체 투과율이 1.25×10-3ml(STP)ㆍ㎝/㎡ㆍhㆍatm(Pa)이하임을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 30℃, 80%상대습도인 조건하에서 측정시 산소 기체 투과율이 1.25×10-4ml(STP)ㆍ㎝/㎡ㆍhㆍatm(Pa)이하임을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(메트)아크릴산이 폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타크릴산, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산의 공중합체, 또는 그의 2이상의 중합체의 혼합물이며, 수평균 분자량이 2,000-250,000임을 특징으로 하는 기체차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플리(메트)아크릴산의 부분적으로 중화된 생성물을 폴리(메트)아크릴산의 카브복실기를 알칼리로 부분적으로 중화시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(메트) 아크릴산의 부분적으로 중화된 생성물이 0%이상, 20%이하인 중화도를 가짐을 특징으로 하며, 상기 중화도를 하기식으로 측정하는 기체 차단 필름 : 중화도= (X/Y)×100 (상기 식에서 X는 1g의 부분적으로 중화된 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중의 중화된 카르복실기의 몰수를 의미하고, Y는 부분 중화 전의 1g의 폴리(메트) 아크릴산 중의 카르복실기의 몰수를 의미한다. )
- 제1항에 있어서, 당류가 단당류, 당 알콜, 올리고당류 및 다당류로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1이상임을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당류가 수용성임을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다당류가 전분임을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전분이 수용성 변성 전분임을 톡징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름을 중량비 90:10∼40:60의 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중합체 및 당류를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름을 중량비 85:15-50:50의 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중합체 및 당류를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름.
- (A)폴리(메트)아크릴산 및 폴리(메트)아크릴산의 부분적으로 중화된 생성물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1이상의 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중합체 및 (B)당류플 중량비 95:5∼20:80로 함유하는 혼합물로부터 필름을 형성시킨 후, 열 처리 온도 및 열 처리 시간이 하기 (a) 및 (b)의 관계식을 만족하는 조건하에서 필름을 열 처리시킴을 특징으로 하는 기체 차단 필름의 제조방법 .(a)log t≥-0.0622×T+28.48373≤T≤573(상기식에서 t는 열처리시간(분)을 의미하고, T는 열 처리 온도(°K를 의미한다. )
- 제14항에 있어서, 관계식 (a)대신에 하기 관계식 (c)를 만족시키는 조건하에서 열 처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법 :(a)log t≥-0.0631×T+29.32
- 제14항에 있어서, 관계식 (a)대신에 하기 관계식 (d)를 만족시키는 조건하에서 열 처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법 :(d)log t≥-0.0645×T+30.71
- 제14항에 있어서, 폴리(메트)아크릴산이 폴리아크릴산, 폴리 메타크릴산, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산의 공중합체, 또는 그의 2이상의 중합체의 혼합물이며, 수평균 분자량이 2,000∼250,000임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서 폴리(메트)아크릴산이 부분적으로 중화된 생성물을 폴리(메트)아크릴산의 카르복실기를 알칼리로 부분적으로 중화시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서 폴리(메트)아크릴산이 부분적으로 중화된 생성물이 0%이상, 20%이하인 중화도를 가짐을 특징으로 하며, 상기 중화도를 하기 식으로 측정하는 제조방법 .중화도= (X/Y) ×100(상기 식에서, x는 1g의 부분적으로 중화된 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중의 중화된 카르복실기의 몰수를 의미하고, Y는 부분 중화 전의 1g의 폴리(메트)아크릴산 중의 카르복실기의 몰수를 의미한다).
- 제14항에, 당류가 단당류, 당알콜, 올리고당류 및 다당류로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1이상임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
