Abstract

본 발명의 피페라지닐에틸아미노카르보닐기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체는 수지-밀봉형 반도체내에 사용되는 접착 테이프용 접착제로서 유용한 신극인 물질이고 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 200,000을 가지며 하기 일반식(I)로 표시된다. 이 공중합체는 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 200,000의 카르복실기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 N-아미노에틸피페라진과 축합하여 아미드화함으로써 제조된다 :

Claims (4)

  1. 중량평균분자량 10,000내지 200,000의 카르복실기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체의 아미드화에 의하여 얻어진 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 200, 000을 갖는 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 피페라지닐에틸아미노 카르보닐기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 :
    [식중, k, m 및 n은 몰비이고, n=1에 대해서 k=3∼175 및 m=0.3∼93의 범위의 수를 나타낸다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 단위의 함유율이 5 내지 50중량%인 피페라지닐에틸아미노카르보닐기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노기 당량이 500 내지 10,000인 피페라지닐에틸아미노카르보닐기 함을 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체.
  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 20,000의 카르복실기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 아인산 에스테르 및 피리딘 유도체의 존재하에 N-아미노에틸피페라진과 축합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 200,000을 갖는 제1항의 일반식(I)로 표시되는 피페라지닐에틸아미노카르보닐기 함유 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체의 제조방법 :
