Claims (5)

  1. 약 140℃ 내지 약 300℃ 범위의 온도에서 최소한 하나의 에폭시화 고무와 최소한 하나의 나일론을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 고 모듈러스를 갖는 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시화 고무가 약 40몰%미만 에폭시화된 것이고; 상기 최소한 하나의 나일론이 약 10phr 내지 약 50phr존재하며; 상기 온도가 약 160℃ 내지 약 270℃ 범위이고; 상기 에폭시화 고무가 에폭시화 폴리부타디엔, 에폭시화 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 에폭시화 천연고무, 에폭시화 합성 폴리이소프렌, 에폭시화 이소프렌 부타디엔 고무, 에폭시화 카복실화 나트릴고무, 및 에폭시화 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 단량체 고무로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시화고무가 약 10%미만 에폭시화된 것이고; 상기 나일론이 약 150℃ 내지 약 255℃ 범위의 융점을 가지며; 상기 온도가 약 170℃ 내지 약 250℃ 범위이고; 상기 최소한 하나의 나일론이 약 20phr내지 약 45phr존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 명시된 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나일론이 나일론-6,6, 나일로-6, 나일로-7, 나일론-8, 나일론-9, 나일론-10, 나일론-11, 나일론-12 및 나일론-6,12로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; 상기 나일론이 약 8,000 내지 약 40,000 범위의 수평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
