Claims (22)
- 말레산 무수물을, 최소한 하나의 폴리디엔 고무 및 최소한 하나의 폴리에스테르와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 고 모듈러스를 갖는 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르가 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체가 약 240℃미만의 융점을 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르를 말레산 무수물과 반응시켜 폴리에스테르/말레산 무수물 부가물을 생성시키고, 연이어 그 폴리에스테르/말레산 무수물 부가물을 고무와 반응시킴으로써 상기 방법을 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리디엔 고무가 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 합성 폴리이소프렌, 천연고무, 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌-부타디엔-스티렌 고무, 및 니트릴 고무로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 유리 라디칼 포집용 산화 방지제의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리디엔 고무가 고 시스-1,4-폴리부타디엔, 중 비닐 폴리부타디엔, SBR, 합성 폴리이소프렌, 천연 고무 및 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 약 0.5phr 내지 약 3phr의 말레산 무수물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 약 20phr 내지 약 100phr의 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 명시한 방법에 의해 제조된 고무 조성물.
- 최소한 하나의 티오산을, 최소한 하나의 폴리디엔 고무 및 최소한 하나의 폴리에스테르와 반응시킴을 포함하는 고 모듈러스를 갖는 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 티오산과 폴리에스테르를 반응시켜 머캡탄 그룹을 함유하는 변성 폴리에스테르를 제조하고, 연이어 머캡탄 그룹을 함유하는 변성 폴리에스테르를 폴리디엔 고무와 반응시킴으로써 수행하고, 상기 폴리에스테르가 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 티오산을 약 150℃ 내지 약 300℃범위의 온도에서 폴리에스테르와 반응시키며, 머캡탄 그룹을 함유하는 변성 폴리에스테르를 약 120℃ 내지 약 250℃범위의 온도에서 폴리디엔 고무와 반응시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 티오산이 디티오이산인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 폴리디엔 고무가 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 합성 폴리이소프렌, 천연 고무, 이소프렌-부타딘엔 고무, 이소프렐-부타딘엔-스티렌 고무, 니트릴 고무 및 EPDM고무로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 약 0.5phr 내지 약 3phr의 티온산을 사용하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 티오산이 디티오이산인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기티오산이 디티오 디프로피온산인 방법.
- 약 140℃ 내지 약 300℃범위의 온도에서 최소한 하나의 에폭시화 고무와 최소한 하나의 폴리에스테르를 반응시킴을 포함하는, 고 모듈러스를 갖는 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시화 고무가 약 40몰%미만 에폭시화 된 것이고, 상기 폴리에스테르가 폴리에스프 탄성 중합체이고, 약 20phr 내지 약 100phr의 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체가 존재하는 방법.
- 제11항에 명시한 방법에 의해 제조된 고무 조성물.
