Abstract

본 발명은 알칼리 토금속의 붕산염 또는 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속의 이중 붕산염으로 구성되는 층으로 피복되고 TiO2안료 또는 TiO2-피복된 판상형 기재에 기초한 표면-변성 안료 및 플라스틱 시스템에서 황색성 억제제로서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 알칼리 토금속의 붕산염 또는 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속의 이중 붕산염으로 구성되는 층으로 이산화티탄 안료 또는 이산화 티탄-피복된 피상형 기재를 후피복(artercoating)함을 특징으로 하는, 표면-변성 안료.
  2. 붕산염 또는 이중 붕산염의 정착을 유도하는 조건하에서 수용성 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 염 및 수용성 붕소-산소 화합물에 이산화 티탄 안료 또는 이산화 티탄-피복된 판상형기재의 수용액을 일회에 걸쳐 동시에 첨가하고, 후피복된 안료를 분리하고 세척하고 임의적으로 건조 또는 하소시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 표면-변성 안료를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 총 안료를 기준으로 붕산염의 비율이 0.1 내지 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 표면-변성안료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 판상형 기재가 운모임을 특징으로 하는 표면-변성 안료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 판상형 기재가 SiO2박편임을 특징으로 하는 표면-변성 안료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 판상형 기재가 진주빛 안료임을 특징으로 하는 표면-변서 안료.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 붕소-산소 화합물이 폴리붕산의 염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 붕소-산소 화합물이 사붕소산 이나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속/알칼리 토금속 염 및 붕소-산소 화합믈을 몰 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 20 내지 80℃의 온도 범위에서 후피복을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 따른 표면-변성 안료를 포함하는 플라스틱 시스템.
  12. 플라스틱에서의 황색을 억제하기 위한 제1항에 따른 표면-변성 안료의 용도.
