Abstract

본 발명은 포스겐-유리법에 의해, 바람직하게는 (시클로 지방족 폴리카르밤산염의 열분해에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 안정화(시클로) 지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이조성물은, 유리하게는 0.3중량% 이하의 양이 이산화탄소에 의해 안정화된다.

Claims (10)

  1. (ⅰ) 포스겐-유리법에 의해 제조된 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 및 (ⅱ)이산화탄소를 함유하는, 안정한 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물.
  2. (ⅰ) (시클로)지방족 폴리카르산염의 열분해에 의해 얻을 수 있는 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 및 (ⅱ) 이산화탄소를 함유하는 안정한 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리이소시안산염(ⅰ)으로서, 1,6-디이소시안산 헥사메틸렌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 시클로지방족 폴리이소시안산염(ⅰ)으로서, 1-이소시아네이토-3-이소시아네이트메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 총중량에 대해 0.3중량% 이하의 양으로 이산화탄소(ⅱ)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 총중량에 대해, 0.004 내지 0.3중량%의 양으로 이산화탄소(ⅱ)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물.
  7. 포스겐-유리법에 의해 얻을 수 있고, 총중량에 의해 0.004 내지 0.3중량%의 양으로 이산화탄소를 갖는 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물의 보장기간을 개선시키기 위한 방법.
  8. (시클로)지방족 폴리카르밤산염의 열분해에 의해 얻을 수 있고, 총중량에 의해 0.004 내지 0.3중량% 양으로 이산화탄소를 갖는 (시클로)지방족 폴리이소시안산염 조성물의 보장기간을 개선시키기 위한 방법.
  9. 폴리이소시안산염 조성물이 지방족 폴리이소시안산염으로서 1,6-디이소시안산 헥사메틸렌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 폴리이소시안산염 조성물이 시클로지방족 폴리이소시안산염으로서, 1-이소시아네이트-3-이소시아네이트메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
