Abstract

본 발명은 알카리금속화합물 촉매의 존재하에서 알킬렌옥시드를 중합하여 얻어지는 조제폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올에서 알카리금속화합물 촉매를 회수하는 방법 및 회수된 알카리 금속화합물 촉매를 사용한 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올의 제조방법을 제공한다.
알카리금속화합물 촉매를 함유하는 조제폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올을 중화함으로써 얻어지는 알칼리금속염을 함유하는 수용액과 음이온교환수지의 접촉에 의해 무기산 또는 유기산 음이온을 흡착시켜 알카리금속화합물 촉매를 회수하고, 회수된 알카리금속화합물 촉매를 사용하여 활성수소화합물에 알킬렌옥시드를 개환부가 중합시켜 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올을 제조한다. 촉매로서 금속세슘, 수산화세슘 또는 그의 1수화물 혹은 금속루비듐, 수산화루비듐 또는 그의 1수화물이 바람직하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 ①∼④공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올의 제조방법; ① 알카리금속화합물 촉매를 포함하는 조제(粗製)폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올에 물과 무기산 또는 유기산으로 이루어진 중화제를 가하는 중화공정; ② 상기 ①공정에서 얻어진 용액을 탈수건조 후, 석출된 알카리금속염을 여과하는 탈염공정; ③ 상기 ②공정에서 얻어진 알카리금속염을 알카리금속염수용액으로 하고, OH형 음이온교환수지에 접촉시키는 것에 의해 무기산 또는 유기산음이온을 흡착시키는 이온교환에 의한 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올 중합촉매의 회수공정; ④ 상기 ③공정에서 회수된 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올 중합촉매를 사용하여 활성수소화합물 개시제에 알킬렌옥시드를 개환부가 중합시키는 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올의 제조공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리금속화합물 촉매는 금속세슘, 수산화세슘 또는 그의 1수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리금속화합물 촉매는 금속루비듐, 수산화루비듐 또는 그의 1수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리금속염 수용액은 상기 제1항의 ②탈염공정에 이어서 알카리금속염과 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올의 혼합물에 물또는 물과 유기용매의 혼합물을 가하고, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올상과 알카리금속염 수용액상으로 분액하여 얻어진 알카리금속염수용액상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알카리금속화합물 촉매는 금속세슘, 수산화세슘 또는 그의 1수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 알카리금속화합물 촉매는 금속루비듐, 수산화루비듐 또는 그의 1수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 상기 제1항의 ①중화공정, ②탈염공정, ③회수공정으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올 중합촉매의 회수방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알카리금속화합물 촉매는 금속세슘, 수산화세슘 또는 그의 1수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올 중합촉매의 회수방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 알카리금속화합물 촉매는 금속루비듐, 수산화루비듐 또는 그의 1수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올 중합촉매의 회수방법.
