Abstract
본 발명은 지르콘-티탄산납계 압전분말을 제조하는데 있어서, 질산납, 옥시질화 지르코늄 및 옥시질화 티탄의 수용액을 함유한 혼합용액을 옥살산에 적가하여 침전물을 생성하고, 이 침전물용액에 암모니아수를 첨가 한 후, 침전물을 알콜로 반응세척하고, 열처리하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약 0.1 내지 0.55㎛크기의 입경을 갖는 지르콘-티탄산납계 압전분말을 제조하는 방법이다.
상기의 본 발명에 의해 얻은 압전분말로 제조한 압전성 성형체의 성형밀도는 높은 값을 보여주고 있으며 성형체의 각 길이 위치에서 밀도와 두께의 편차가 작은 것으로 나타났다.

제1b도는 옥산살염의 침전 형성후 암모니아수를 10㎖첨가할 때 X선 회절분석 스펙트럼이고,
제1c도는 옥산살염의 침전 형성후 암모니아수를 20㎖첨가할 때 X선 회절분석 스펙트럼이고,
제1d도는 옥산살염의 침전 형성후 암모니아수를 30㎖첨가할 때 X선 회절분석 스펙트럼이고,
제1e도는 옥산살염의 침전을 알콜로 세척후 X선 회절분석 스펙트럼이고,
제2도는 본 발명에서 사용하는 테이프 성형기의 개략도이다.
Claims (4)
- 지르콘-티탄산납계 압전분말을 제조하는데 있어서, 질산납, 옥시질화 지르코늄 및 옥시질화 티탄의 수용액을 함유한 혼합용액을 옥살산에 적가하여 침전물을 생성하고, 침전이 생성된 이용액에 암모니아수를 첨가 한 후, 이 침전물을 알콜로 반응세척하고, 열처리하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약 0.1 내지 0.55㎛크기의 입경을 갖는 지르콘-티탄산납계 압전분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질산납, 옥시질화 지르코늄 및 옥시질화 티탄의 수용액을 함유한 혼합용액은 납:지르코늄:티탄의 몰비를 0.5:0.24:0.26로 혼합시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아는 NH4OH를 사용하며, 침전용액의 pH가 9 내지 10이 될 때까지 첨가하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 약 700 내지 1,000℃에서 2시간 동안 실시하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
