Abstract
본 발명은 질산바륨과 옥시질화티탄, 질산납, 질화 희토류 원소의 혼합물 수용액을 옥살산 수용액에 교반하면서 적하하고, 생성된 침전에 암모니아수를 용액의 pH가 8 내지 10이 되도록 첨가한 후, 여과하고 알코올로 세척하여 얻어진 비정질의 납함유 옥살산티타닐바륨을 열분해하는 것으로 이루어진 X가 0<X≤0.3인 일반식 Ba1-xPbxTio3로 표시되는 티탄산바륨계 PTC 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라 제조된 티탄산바륨은 균질한 재현성을 갖고 분쇄가 용이하여 미세분말을 얻얼 수 있으므로 소결활성이 뛰어난 티탄산바륨 분말을 함유하는 제품을 제조할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 일반식 Ba1-xPbxTio3로 표시되는 티탄산바륨계 PTC 분말의 제조방법을 단계별로 도해한 것이다.
Claims (3)
- 질산바륨과 옥시질화티탄, 질산납, 질화 희토류 원소의 혼합물 수용액을 옥살산 수용액에 교반하면서 적하하고, 생성된 침전에 암모니아수를 용액의 pH가 8 내지 10이 되도록 첨가한 후, 여과하고 알코올로 세척하여 얻어진 비정질의 납함유 옥살산티타닐바륨을 열분해하는 것으로 이루어진 X가 0<X≤0.3인 일반식 Ba1-xPbxTio3로 표시되는 티탄산바륨계 PTC 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 옥시질화티탄은 사염화티탄 용액을 증류수로 희석하고, 여기에 암모니아수를 첨가하여 수산화티탄을 제조하고, 염소이온이 검출되지 않도록 알코올로 충분히 세척하여 여과한 후, 여과물에 질산을 가하여 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 일반식 Ba1-xPbxTio3로 표시되는 티탄산바륨계 PTC 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비정질의 납함유 옥살산티타닐바륨의 열분해는 공기중에서 700 내지 1200℃의 온도범위로 실시하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 일반식 Ba1-xPbxTio3로 표시되는 티탄산바륨계 PTC 분말의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
