Abstract
본 발명은 부스터하우징에 관한 것으로, 특히, 차량 브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징에 관한 것이다.
부스터하우징은 이동가능한 칸막이(60)의 양면에 각각 배치된 두 개의 하우징저부(26, 28)로 이루어진다. 하우징저부(26)의 적어도 하나에 장착된 접속부재(32)는 조임홀(30) 각각의 주변에서 단단히 코킹된다.
스페이스(50)는 칸막이(60)를 통할 뿐만 아니라 두 개의 하우 징저부(26, 28)사이에서 연장한다. 각각의 접속부재(32)에는 조립 스페이서(50)의 단부(52)를 삽입하고 코킹하는 리세스(40)가 제공된다. 부스터하우징(20)은 -스페이서(50)의 단부(52)를 접속부재(32)의 리세스(40)에 삽입하는 단계, -접속부재(32)를 조임홀(30)로 통과시키는 단계 및, -접속부재(32)를 하우징저부(26) 및 스페이서(50)와 동시에 코킹하는 단계등으로 구성된다.

Claims (5)
- -이동가능한 칸막이(60)의 양면에 배치되고 조임홀(30, 48)이 제공된 두 개의 하우징저부(26, 28), -하우징저부(26)중 적어도 하나에 장착되고 상기 조임홀(30)의 각 주변을 동일한 것으로 단단하게 코킹하는 접속부재(32) 및, -이동가능한 칸막이(60)를 통과할 뿐만 아니라 상기 두 개의 하우징저부(26, 28)사이에서 연장하며 상기 접속부재(32)에 고정된 스페이서(50)등으로 이루어진 차량 브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징으로서, 상기 각각의 접속부재(32)는 조립된 스페이서의 단부(52)를 삽입하고 코킹하는 리세스(40)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서의 단부(52)는 마디가 많은 부분(54)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서(50)의 단부(52)에는 환상그루브(56)가 제공되며 환상돌출부(70)는 조립된 접속부재(32) 위에 형성되어 적어도 부분적인 코킹에 의한 환상그루브(56)안으로 프레스됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -스페이서(50)의 단부(52)를 접속부재(32)의 리세스(40)에 삽입하는 단계, -접속부재(32)위에 형성된 컬러(36)가 조임홀(30)을 통해 연장하는 것과 같은 방식으로 접속부재(32)를 하우징저부(26)에 있는 조임홀(30)로 통과시키는 단계 및, -접속부재(32)를 하우징저부(26) 및 스페이서(50)와 동시에 코킹하는 단계등으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징 조립방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 접속부재(32)위에 형성된 플랜지(34)의 전면은 하우징저부(26)와 코킹되고, 상기 플랜지(34)의 후면은 스페이서(50)와 코킹됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 시스템용 부스터하우징 조립방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
