    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周縁部がシェルに保持されて、内周縁部がパワーピス
    トン又はバルブボデーに保持されて、シェル内を複数の
    室番千画成しているダイアフラムを有しており、ダイア
    フラムの外周縁近傍には、出力軸方向にU字状に突出す
    る折り返し部が形成されており、ダイアフラムのパワー
    ピストンに当接する部分には、凸部が一体的に設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする気圧倍力装置。
