Abstract
(1) 1.45내지 2.10의 굴절률 N1과 0.25·L1/N1으로 부터 멀지않은 두께 D1(㎚)을 가지는 투명기재재료위에 접착된 제1층과 (2) 제1층의 굴절률 N1보다 적어도 0.1더 작은 굴절률 N2와 0.25·L1/N2로 부터 멀지않은 두께 D2(㎚)를 가지는 제1층 위에 접착된 제2층으로 이루어진 반사방지막(여기서 L1은 400내지 800㎚의 파장이다). 적어도 상기 제1층은 광흡수제를 함유하고 반사방지막안의 광흡수제의 주흡수파장 L2(㎚)는 다음 식을 만족시킨다.

- 투명기재재료위에 접착된 제1투명층과 제1층위에 접착된 제2투명층으로 이루어진 반사방지막에 있어서, 제1투명층은 1.45내지 2.10의 굴절률 N1과 다음식(1) :(0.25·L1/N1)-100≤D1≤(0.25·L1/N1)+100 (1)로 표시되는 두께 D1(㎚)을 가지고 있고, 제2투명층은 제1투명층의 굴절률 N1보다 적어도 0.1 더 작은 굴절률 N2와 다음식(2) :(0.25·L1/N2)-100≤D2≤(0.25·L1/N2)+100 (2)로 표시되는 두께 D2(㎚)를 가지고 있으며(식(1)과 식(2)에서 L1은 400내지 800㎚ 범위의 파장이고, N1과 N2는 각각 제1투명층과 제2투명층의 굴절률이다), 적어도 상기 제1투명층은 광흡수제를 함유하고 반사방지막에서 광흡수제의 주흡수파장 L2(㎚)는 다음식 :(L1+70)≤L2또는 (L1-50)≥L2(여기서 L1은 상기 정의된 것이다.)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주흡수파장 L2(㎚)가 다음식(3) :570≤L2≤740 (3)으로 표시되는 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 투명기재재료위에 접착된 제1투명층과 제1층위에 접착된 제2투명층으로 이루어진 반사방지막에 있어서, 제1투명층은 1.45내지 2.10의 굴절률 N1과 다음식(1') :(0.5·L1/N1)-100≤D1≤(0.5·L1/N1)+100 (1')으로 표시되는 두께 D1(㎚)를 가지고 있고, 제2투명층은 제1투명층의 굴절률 N1보다 적어도 0.1 더 작은 굴절률 N2와 다음식(2') :(0.25·L1/N2)-100≤D2≤(0.25·L1/N2)+100 (2')으로 표시되는 두께 D2(㎚)를 가지고 있으며(식(1')과 식(2')에서 L1은 가시광선의 파장(㎚)이고, N1과 N2는 각각 제1투명층과 제2투명층의 굴절률이다), 적어도 상기 제1투명층은 광흡수제를 함유하고 반사 방지막에서 광흡수제의 주흡수 파장 L2(㎚)는 다음식 :(L1-200)≤L2≤(L1+200)(여기서 L1은 상기 정의된 것이다.)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1과 제2투명층이 실리카 화합물, 다공질 실리카, 티타늄화합물, 주석화합물, 인듐화합물, 지르코늄화합물, 아크릴수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 염화비닐수지 및 에폭시수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2투명층이 다공질실리카로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 다공질 실리카가 0.3내지 100㎚의 평균입경과 1.2내지 1.4의 굴절률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2투명층이 안티모니-도프 처리된 주석산화물 분말과 주석-도프처리된 인듐 산화물 분말로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2투명층이 100㎚ 보다 더 크지 않은 평균입경을 가지고 있는 미세분리입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 광흡수제가 유기안료, 무기안료 및 염료로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 착색물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 광흡수제가 모노아조안료, 퀴나크리돈, 노란색 산화철, 디스아조안료, 프탈로시아닌 그린, 프탈로시아닌 블루, 시아닌 블루, 플라반트론 엘로우, 디안트라퀴놀릴 레드, 인단트론 블루, 티온디고 보르도, 페리논 오렌지, 페릴렌 스칼리트, 페릴렌 레드 178, 페릴렌 마룬, 디옥사진 바이올리트, 이소인돌리논 옐로우, 퀴노프탈론 옐로우, 이소인돌린 옐로우, 퀴노프탈론 옐로우, 이소인돌린 옐로우, 니켈니트로소 옐로우, 매더레이크, 구리아조메틴 옐로우, 아닐린 블랙, 알칼리 블루, 산화아연, 산화티타늄, 철단, 산화크롬, 흑철, 티타늄 옐로우, 코발트 블루, 세룰리언 블루, 코발트 그린, 알루미나 화이트, 비리디안, 카드뮴 옐로우, 카드뮴 레드, 적색황화수은, 리토폰, 크롬 옐로우, 몰리브데이트 오렌지, 크롬산 아연, 황산칼슘, 황산바륨, 탄산칼륨, 염기성 적색 탄산염, 울트라마린 블루, 망간 바이올리트, 코발트 바이올리트, 에메랄드 그린, 프러시안 블루, 카본블랙, 금속분말, 아조염료, 안트라퀴논염료, 인디고이드염료, 프탈로시아닌염료, 카보늄 염료, 퀴논이민염료, 메틴염료, 퀴놀린염료, 니트로염료, 니트로소염료, 벤조퀴논염료, 나프토퀴논염료, 나프탈아미드염료 및 페리논염료로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 착색물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
