Claims (5)
- 내연기관의 소정크랭크각도를 기준으로 하여 전후의 소정각도구간의 각 소요시간 비율을 검출하는 수단과, 이 시간비율로부터 실화를 판정하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시간비율과 기관의 운전상태에 대응하여 메모리에 기억된 설정비율의 관계가 소정의 관계를 충족할 때 실화로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 메모리에 기억된 설정비율을 검출된 시간비율에 기준하여서 갱신기억하고 이 기억치와 현재의 시간비율의 관계가 소정의 관계를 충족할 때 실화로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내연기관의 1주기를 분할하는 소정의 크랭크각도를 기준으로 하여 그 전후의 소정각도구간의 각 소요시간의 시간비율을 검출하는 시간비율 검출수단과, 상기 시간비율로부터 실화를 판정하는 실화판정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 내연기관의 1주기를 분할하는 소정의 크랭크각도를 기준으로 하여 그 전후의 소정각도구간의 각 소요시간의 시간비율을 검출하는 시간비율 검출수단과, 상기 시간비율의 가속도를 구하고 이 가속도로부터 실화를 판정하는 실화판정 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
