Description
Claims (3)
- 4サイクルの圧縮行程と排気行程の2つの行程で点火信号を発生する汎用内燃機関の点火制御装置において、
a.機関回転数を検出する機関回転数検出手段と、
b.前記検出された機関回転数に基づいて前記汎用内燃機関がアイドル状態にあるかを判断するアイドル状態判断手段と、
c.前記検出された機関回転数に基づいて所定時間にわたる平均機関回転数を算出する平均機関回転数算出手段と、
d.前記汎用内燃機関がアイドル状態にあると判断されるとき、前記発生された点火信号に基づく点火を少なくとも1回中止するように点火を制御する点火中止制御手段と、
e.前記算出された平均機関回転数と前記点火を少なくとも1回中止した後に検出される中止後機関回転数とを比較して前記発生された点火信号が前記圧縮行程で発生された点火信号であるか、前記排気行程で発生された点火信号であるかを判別する点火信号判別手段と、
f.前記発生された点火信号の内、前記圧縮行程で発生された点火信号であると判別された点火信号に基づいて点火を制御する点火制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする汎用内燃機関の点火制御装置。 - 前記点火信号判別手段は、
f.前記平均機関回転数から前記中止後機関回転数を減算して得られる差と所定値とを比較する比較手段、
を備えると共に、前記差が前記所定値を超えるとき、前記点火中止制御手段によって前記圧縮行程で発生された点火信号に基づく点火が中止されたと判断する一方、前記差が前記所定値以下であるとき、前記点火中止制御手段によって前記排気行程で発生された点火信号に基づく点火が中止されたと判断し、よって前記発生された点火信号が前記圧縮行程で発生された点火信号であるか、前記排気行程で発生された点火信号であるかを判別することを特徴とする請求項1記載の汎用内燃機関の点火制御装置。 - 前記点火信号判別手段は、前記平均機関回転数と前記中止後機関回転数との比較を複数回行うと共に、前記複数回行われた比較結果に基づいて前記発生された点火信号が前記圧縮行程で発生された点火信号であるか、前記排気行程で発生された点火信号であるかを判別することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の汎用内燃機関の点火制御装置。
