Abstract

본 발명은 벌크 중합에 의해 제조될 수 있는, 점도가 특히 낮은 공중합체에 관한 것으로서, 한 성분(A)가 주입되고 후속의 중합과정에서 올레핀계 불포화 공중합성 단량체(B) 2개 이상(이들 중의 하나 이상은 하나 이상의 COOH 그룹을 함유하고 입체 장해된다)이 첨가된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 벌크 중합에 의해 제조될 수 있는, 용액 점도가 특히 낮은 공중합체로서, 한 성분(A)가 주입되고 후속의 중합과정에서 올레핀계 불포화 공중합성 단량체(B) 2개 이상(이들 중의 하나 이상은 하나 이상의 COOH 그룹을 함유하고 입체 장해된다)이 첨가된 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3차 또는 4차 α 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 포화 모노카복실산의 하나 이상의 글리시딜 에스테르 A) 5 내지 50중량%의 2개 이상의 올레핀계 불포화 공중합성 단량체(이들 중의 하나 이상은 하나 이상의 COOH 그룹을 함유하고 입체 장해된다) B) 95 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입체 장해 단량체가 탄소 측쇄 및/또는 환상 구조를 갖는 올레핀계 불포화 화합물인 공중합체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, B에 따른 올레핀계 불포화 단량체가 하나 이상의 -COOH 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 올레핀계 불포화 단량체 B1), 하나 이상의 올레핀계 불포화 입체 장해 단량체 B2)와, 경우에 따라, 하나 이상의 성분 B3) 내지 B5), 즉 하나 이상의 α,β-불포화 카복실산의 하이드록시알킬 에스테르 B3), 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 지방족 알콜과 α,β-불포화 카르복실산과의 하나 이상의 에스테르 B4), 및 B1), B2), B3) 또는 B4)에 포함되어 있지 않은 하나 이상의 올레핀계 불포화 화합물 B5) 중에서 선택되는 공중합체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입체 장해 단량체가 측쇄 또는 지환족 알콜과 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산과의 에스테르 공중합체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, OH가 40 내지 250㎎ KOH/g이고, 수평분자량(<Mn>)이 500g/㏖ 이하이며, 용액 점도가 10 내지 2000mPa S(23℃에서 50% 농도 용액으로 측정)인 공중합체.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리전이온도가 승온률 10K/min에서 실온(20℃)이상인 공중합체.
  8. 반응에 있어서, 성분(A)를 초기에 주입한 다음, 성분(B)와 하나 이상의 자유 라디칼 개시제를 벌크 상태로 동시에 또는 각각 가하여 배취를 공동 중합시킴을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제7항에서 청구한 공중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항에서 청구한 공중합체를 사용하여 도료를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제7항에서 청구한 공중합체를 사용하여 중간 도막 또는 착색되거나 착색되지 않은 표면처리 도막을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제7항에서 청구한 공중합체를 도료, 특히 하이 솔리드 도료용 결합제로서 사용하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제7항에서 청구한 하나 이상이 공중합체를 결합제 성분(들)으로서 포함하고, 중은 또는 실온에서 폴리이소시아네이트를 사용하여 가교결합시킴으로써 경화하는 도료.
  13. 제1항 내지 제7항에서 청구한 공중합체를 사용하여 분체 도료를 제조하는 방법.
