Abstract
조수석 자동차 에어백 보호 시스템의 팽창 도어는 계기판 개구보 내로 조여짐과 동시에 에어백 모듈 반응 캐니스터와 계합되게 된다. 캐니스터상의 스프링 클립은 선회식 파열 연결부를 통해 도어에 고정되는 탐침을 수납한다. 탐침은 클립내에 용이하게 삽입되며 후퇴되기는 어렵게 형성한다. 이후, 에어팩 팽창은 스프링 클립 연결부에 대해 파열 연결부를 분리시키게 된다.

Claims (17)
- 자동차 에어백 보호 시스템의 계기판 팽창도어를 계기판 개구부 내에 조이는 것과 동시에 에어백 모듈 반응 캐니스터에 맞물리게 만드는 시스템으로서, 관통식으로 삽입되는 세장형 탐침을 수납하는 개구부를 형성하며 상기 탐침의 연속적인 후퇴를 방지하게 되는, 상기 반응 캐니스터와 팽창도어 중의 하나상에 장착되는 스프링 클립; 상기 반응 캐니스터와 대면하는 팽창도어에 장착되게 되는 베이스 부재; 및 상기 베이스 부재에 강제적인 탈착이 가능하게 선회적으로 맞물리게 되는 제1단부, 및 상기 팽창도어가 상기 계기판 개구부 내에 배치될때 상기 클립의 개구부로 유입되게끔 형성된 제2단부를 갖는 세장형 탐침 부재;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 클립이 상기 반응 캐니스터상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 부재와 탐침 부재 중의 하나가 대략 원통형의 소켓을 형성하며 다른 하나는 상기 소켓에 의해 감싸지게 되는 실린더를 수반하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소켓이 상기 베이스 부재에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 클립의 개구부가, 상기 세장형 탐침의 삽입에 의해 변형 가능한 하나 이상의 마진에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 클립의 개구부가, 상기 세장형 탐침의 삽입에 의해 변형 가능한 하나 이상의 마진에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 클립의 개구부가, 상기 세장형 탐침의 삽입에 의해 변형 가능한 하나 이상의 마진에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 클립의 개구부가, 상기 세장형 탐침의 삽입에 의해 변형 가능한 하나 이상의 마진에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.

- 계기판 팽창도어의 뒤에 배치되는 에어백 모듈 반응 캐니스터를 포함하는 형태의 자동차 에어백 보호 시스템에 있어서, 세장형 탐침이 관통식으로 삽입될 때 상기 탐침이 연속적으로 후퇴되는 것을 방지하기 위해 변형가능한 개구부를 형성하는, 상기 반응 캐니스터 상에 장착되는 하나 이상의 스프링 클립; 상기 팽창도어에 의해 수반되는 대략 원통형의 하나 이상의 소켓; 및 상기 원통형 소켓내에 안착가능한 실린더를 형성하는 제1단부, 및 상기 스프링 클립의 개구부 내로 삽입 가능한 탐침을 형성하는 제2단부를 갖는 세상형 체결부재;를 구비하며, 상기 보호 시스템의 에어백의 팽창은, 소켓으로 부터 실린더를 분리시키며 도어의 팽창을 허용하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어백 보호 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 실린더가 대략 천공되고 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어백 보호 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 탐침이 플래스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 에어백 보호 시스템.
