Abstract

본 발명은 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치에 관한 것으로 특히 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치중 파렛트 이동식을 개선한 것으로 종래의 파렛트 이동식에서의 횡행 운전을 최소화시켜 차량의 입·출고 시간을 단축시키고, 전력 소비를 최소화시키기 위해 승강기의 승강 운동과 횡행 운동이 동시에 이루어지며 양쪽 슬라이더에는 걸림편 2개를 2m 간격으로 설치하여 이들 걸림편 사이에 파렛트의 후크가 걸린 상태에서 양쪽 슬라이더가 직선 운동을 하게 되면 파렛트를 승강기 위에서 좌·우 주차대로 횡행시킬 수 있는 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 사각 구조를 프레임의 내측으로 양벽에는 다수의 층으로 안내바퀴가 설치되어 있는 주차대가 등간격으로 배열 설치되어 주차대의 상면에는 차량을 싣고 주차대에 올려지는 파렛트가 설치되고 승강 통로를 따라 상·하 이동하는 승강기가 설치된 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치에 있어서, 상기 승강기(1)의 양 끝단에 레일을 설치하고, 레일(9)상을 미끄럼 운동을 하는 슬라이더(7)에는 2m 간격으로 걸림편(5)이 설치되며, 상기 슬라이더(7)의 밑면에는 랙 기어(11)를 부착시켜 횡행 모터(15)와 샤프트(17)로 연결된 피니언 기어(13)와 결합되어 상기 횡행모터(15)의 구동에 의하여 피니언 기어(13)의 회전으로 승강기(1)의 슬라이더(7)가 레일(9)상을 좌·우 이동할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치.
  2. 차량을 주차실에 입고시킨 후 연속 입고 운전을 하기 위하여 빈 주차실의 파렛트를 결정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 최적 운전 순서 결정 함수에 의하여 결정된 순서에 의하여 입·출고 운전이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치의 운전방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 주차대(21) 및 승강기(1)에는 파렛트(3)의 횡행 이동을 원할하게 하기 위하여 안내바퀴(23,23′)가 다수 설치되고, 상기 주차대(21)에 설치된 내외의 안내 바퀴(23)는 크기를 달리하여 파레트(3)를 2~3 정도로 바깥쪽으로 기울어질 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 승강기(1)의 양 끝단에 설치된 레일(9)에는 파렛트(3)를 좌·우로 이동시키기 위하여 2m 간격으로 2개의 걸림편(5)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치.
  5. 제1항 및 3항에 있어서, 파렛트(3)의 하단 중앙부에는 파렛트(3)가 횡행할 때 원활한 운전을 하고 횡행에 따른 진동가 충격을 최소화 하기 위해 경사부(4)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터식 입체 주차 장치.
