Abstract
수용액중에서 수용액 폴리팹티드를 생분해성 매트릭스내로 침투시키는 것으로 구성되는 서방성 제제의 제조방법.
본 발명의 제조방법으로 수용성 폴리펩티드를 유기 용매와 접촉시킴이 없이 수용성 폴리펩티드를 생분해성 매트릭스내로 침투시킬 수 있다. 그러므로 수용성 폴리펩티드의 생활성에 영향을 미침이 없이 수용성 폴리펩티드가 제조되므로 의약품으로 사용하기에 효율적이다.

제1도는 인터페론 용액 pH 및 여러 아연 염과 미소캡슐내의 인터페론 함량 사이의 관계를 나타내며, 여기에서 ●는 아연 염(실시예 7), ○는 염화 아연(비교예 2) 및 △는 탄산 아연(비교예 3)을 나타낸다, 제2도는 인터페론 용액 pH 및 아세트산 칼슘(실시예 5)과 미소캡슐내의 인터페론 함량을 보여준다.
Claims (16)
- 수용액중에서 수용성 폴리펩티드를 생분해성 매트릭스내로 침투시키는 것으로 구성되는 서방성 제제의 제제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 매트릭스가 생분해성 중합체 및 지방족 카르복실산의 수용액 금속염을 혼합함으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 카르복실산이 지방족 모노카르복실산인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 금속염이 다가 금속염인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 폴리펩티드가 생분해성 매트릭스내로 수성으로 침투된 후에 생분해성 매트릭스를 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 건조단계가 동결건조인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 폴리펩티드가 사이토카인인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 사이토카인이 인터페론인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 매트릭스가 미세입자 형태인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 매트릭스가 생분해성 중합체로부터 제조되는 방법.
