Claims (12)

  1. 하기 (A) 및 (B)단계로 구성되는, 발포 엘라스토머 조성물의 제조방법.
    (A) 하기 (1), (2) 및 (3)으로 구성된 배합물을 형성 : (1) 발포성, 경화성, 엘라스토머 ; (2) 경화제 ; 및 (3) 하기 (i) 및 (ii)로 필수적으로 구성되어 있는 발포제 조성물 : (i) 아조디카본 아미드 ; 및 (ii) C1-C6유기산의 아연염 및 C1-C6카복스아미드로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 성분 ; 및 (B) 상기 배합물이 발포 및 경화되기에 충분한 시간동안 상기 배합물을 130℃-170℃에서 가열.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 C1-C6카르복실산의 아연염인 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 직쇄 C6-C6카르복실산의 아연염인 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 개미산아연인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 C1-C6카복스아미드인 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 포름아미드인 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 성분(i)의 중량기준으로 0.5-50 중량% 존재하는 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 성분(i)의 중량기중으로 1-40중량% 존재하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(3)이 성분(1)의 중량기준으로 0.05-20 중량% 존재하는 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(3)이 성분(1)의 중량 기준으로 1-10 중량% 존재하는 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 배합물을 단계(B)에서 140℃-165℃로 가열하는 제조방법.
  12. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 발포 엘라스토머 조성물.
