Abstract

마이크로파 세라믹 필터용 세라믹 공진기는 미리 설정된 형태의 면과 에지를 가지는 세라믹 몸체를 포함한다. 세라믹 몸체는 내부도체 구멍을 가지며 적어도 부분적으로 금속증착되지 않은 면을 제외하고 모든 면이 금속증착된다. 한쪽면은 마이크로 세라믹 필터를 만들기 위하여 다른 세라믹 공진기에 연결되도록 개구윈도우를 가진다. 적어도 하나의 에지는 모서리를 깍은 면을 가진다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 공진기의 제 1 실시예에 대한 개략적인 사시도이며, 제 2 도는 마이크로파 세라믹 필터가 형성된 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 공진기의 제 2 실시예에 대한 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 미리 설정된 면 및 에지를 가진 세라믹 몸체 ; 적어도 부분적으로 금속증착되지 않는 면을 제외하고 모든 면위에 금속증착되고 내부도체 구멍을 가진 상기 세라믹 몸체 ; 마이크로파 세라믹 필터를 만들기 위하여 다른 세라믹 공진기에 연결되도록 몸체내에 형성된 개구윈도우를 가진 한쪽면 ; 몸체내에 모서리를 깍은 면을 가진 적어도 하나의 에지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 세라믹 필터용 세라믹 공진기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개구윈도우를 가진 면은 모서리를 깍은 면을 가진 에지인 한쪽에지와 상기 개구윈도우가 바깥쪽으로 시프트되는 쪽으로 반대편 에지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 세라믹 필터용 세라믹 공진기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개구윈도우를 가진 면은 적어도 한쪽에지가 모서리를 깍은 면을 가지는 두개의 대응하는 에지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 세라믹 필터용 세라믹 공진기.
