Abstract

본 발명은 마그네트론에서 고주파를 캐비티로 공급시 발생되는 고조파 노이즈를 넓은 범위에서 억제시킬 수 있도록 한 마그네트론의 고조파 노이즈 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 π-1모드 등에 의한 마그네트론 고유 주파수 대역외의 마이크로파도 감쇄시켜줄 수 있는 기능을 가질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 상측의 최대 높이부와 최저 높이부의 길이가 λ/4되는 경사면을 가진 쵸크(24)를 안테나 씨일(7)과 안테나 필터(6) 사이에 설치하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 안테나 씨일(7)내에 설치하는 쵸크(24)를 경사지게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 고조파 노이즈 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 형상의 쵸크(24) 최대 높이부길이(A)가 4.7~6.2㎜로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 고조파 노이즈 방지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 형상의 쵸크(24) 최저 높이부길이(B)를 2.9~3.1㎜로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 고조파 노이즈 방지장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 쵸크(24)의 경사면이 상부를 향하도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 고조파 노이즈 방지장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 쵸크(24)의 경사면이 하부를 향하도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 고조파 노이즈 방지장치.
