Claims (5)
- 양극원통의 일측 단부에 형성된 출력측 금속통에 기밀 접합되어, 안테나리드 주위에서 마이크로파의 기본파 중 복수의 고조파를 억제하는 복수의 1/4 파장형 쵸크구조를 가지는 마그네트론으로, 상기 쵸크구조는 상기 출력측 금속통안의 공간 안에 설치되고, 외측통상체와 내측통상체는 상부의 개구부에 의해 일체가 되도록 연결하고, 상기의 외측통상체의 저면에 형성된 개구부의 주위가 상기의 출력측 금속통의 내주에 설치되고, 상기 저면측의 개구부는 상기 외측통상체와 상기 출력금속통과의 사이에 형성되는 개구부 보다도 좁고, 또한 상기 상부의 개구부는 상기 내측 통상체와 상기 외측통상체와의 사이에 형성되는 개구부보다도 좁게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외측통상체를 테이퍼 형상으로 형성한 쵸크구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 쵸크구조는 2 개의 고조파를 억제하는 쵸크구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2 개의 고조파로서, 기본파의 제 3 고조파와 제 5 고조파를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항의 어느한항에 있어서, 전자레인지 등의 마이크로파 가열기기의 마이크로파 발생원으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론
