Abstract

본 발명은 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유 및 그를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 두가지 상이한 폴리에틸렌 성분으로 구성되며, 고용점 제1성분은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되고 저융점 제2성분은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되며 상기 섬유는 의학적인 용도로 열결합된 부직포 및 매우 부드러움을 가진 부직포를 적합한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (26)

  1. 0.945g/cm3이상의 밀도를 가진 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 고융점 제1성분 및 0.945g/cm3이하의 밀도를 가진 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 저융점 제2성분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이 적어도 0.950g/cm3, 구체적으로 0.951 내지 0.966g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 0.925∼0.940g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 적어도 대략 130℃의 융점을 가지고 상기 제2성분이 최대한 대략 127℃의 융점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 131∼135℃범위내 융점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2성분이 123∼126℃범위내 융점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 2∼20g/10분, 바람직스럽기로는 3∼18g/10분, 일반적으로는 7-15g/10분의 용융흐름지수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2성분이 10∼45g/10분, 바람직스럽기로는 12∼28g/10분의 용융흐름지수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2성분이 고급올레핀 구체적으로는 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐 및 1-옥텐 또는 그의 유도체 예컨대, 에틸비닐아세테이트(EVA)로부터 선택된 고급알켄 대략 15중량%이하로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 두가지 성분들이 중심 또는 편심 덮개 및 심형태 구조로 배열되고 심은 상기 제1성분으로 구성되며 덮개는 상기 제2성분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 18∼150mm, 일반적으로 25∼100mm, 구체적으로 30∼6Omm, 예컨대 40mm의 길이를 가진 스테이플 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 제1성분 대 제2성분의 중량비는 10:90 내지 90:10, 일반적으로 30:70 내지 70:30, 바람직스럽기로는 40:60 내지 65:35인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 미세함이 1-7dtex, 일반적으로 1.5-5dtex, 바람직스럽기로는 2.2∼3.8dtex인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 대략 15크림프/cm, 바람직스럽기로는 5 내지 12크림프/cm이하의 수준으로 텍스쳐화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유.
  15. 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 제1성분 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 제2성분으로 구성되고, 상기 제1성분 및 제2성분의 구성물을 용해시키고, 고융점 제1성분 및 저융점 제2성분은 이성분 필라멘트의 스펀묶음으로 방사하며, -필라멘트 묶음을 스트레치하고, -섬유를 크림핑하며, -섬유를 건조시키고 정착시키며, -섬유를 절단하여 스테이플 섬유를 제조하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 섬유를 대략 18∼150mm, 일반적으로 25-100mm, 구체적으로 30∼60mm, 예컨대 대략 40mm의 길이로 자르는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 오프라인 스트레칭으로 통상적인 용융물방사를 사용하여 스펀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 필라멘트가 단방사를 사용한 스펀인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 스트레치 비가 대략 2.5:1∼6:1, 바람직스럽기로는 대략 3.0:1∼5.0:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 섬유가 1∼7dtex, 일반적으로는 1.5-5dtex, 바람직스럽기로는 2.2∼3.8dtex인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  21. 제15항에 있어서, 섬유가 대략 15크림프/cm, 바람직스럽기로는 5∼12크림프/cm이하의 수준까지 텍스쳐화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 이성분 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  22. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 따른 열결합가능한 이성분 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합된 부직포.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 열결합가능한 이성분 폴리에틸렌 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합가능한 부직포.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 비스코스섬유, 면섬유 및 기타 염색가능한 섬유로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 다른 섬유 예컨대, 비 열결합가능한 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합된 부직포.
  25. 상기 섬유의 저융점성분의 융점이상의 온도 및 상기 섬유의 고융점 성분의 융점이하의 온도에서 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 따른 열결합가능한 이성분 폴리에틸렌을 드라이레이드 카딩 및 캘린더 결합시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합된 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 캘린더 결합이 126∼132℃의 온도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합된 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
