Abstract

본 발명은 회전기의 회전부의 진동을 억제하고, 회전수기 넓은 범위의 회전수에 있어서 안정한 회전동작을 얻도록함을 목적으로 한다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 회전부의 샤프트(3)를 2차요크(102)에 의해 지지하고, 이 2차요크에 대향하여 전자석(101,LYa등)을 배치하고, 센서(103x,103y)에 의한 샤프트를 횡절하고 방향의 2차요크의 자력을 억제하는 것에 의한 2차요크를 개재하여 샤프트의 진동을 억제하도록 하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전기의 회전부를 축지지하는 요크와, 상기 요크에 대향 배치된 전자석과, 상기 회전부를 가로지르는 방향의 상기 요크의 변위를 검출하는 센서와, 상기 센서로부터 얻어지는 검출신호에 의거하여, 상기 전자석에 의해 발생하는 자력을 제어하고 상기 요크에 생기는 진동을 제어하는 제어회로와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전기의 진동제어장치.
