Abstract

본 발명은 회전에 수반되는 고유진동을 대폭 감소시키는 것을 목적으로 하는 회전체의 진동억제장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 샤프트(1)에는 방사상으로 배치된 자극(111~118)을 가지는 1차요크(11)가 취부되고, 이들 각 자극에는 코일(131~138)이 각각 권선되고, 이들의 자극은 코일(131~138)이 각각 직렬로 결선된다.
1차요크와 2차요크(12)와의 기준치에 대한 X,Y방향의 변위량이 센서(14X,14Y)에 의해 각각 검출되고, 이 변위량을 상쇄하도록 코일에 공급되는 전류치가 결정된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고정지지축에 대하여 회전자재한 회전체에서의 회전면이고, 상기 회전체의 회전중심을 통하는 다른 2개의 축방향에서 각 축방향 상호간에 역방향으로 상기 회전체를 각각 흡인하는 제1조, 제2조의 전자석과, 상기 고정지지축과 상기 회전체와의 기준치에 대한 변위량을 상기 다른 2개의 축방향으로 각각 검출하는 제1, 제2의 검출수단과를 구비하고, 상기 축방향에 대응하는 변위량에 기준해서, 해 축방향에 대응하는 세트의 전자석에 의한 흡인력의 일방을 가산하는 한편, 동1조의 전석에 의한 흡인력의 타방을 감산시키는 것을 상기 제1,제2의 검출수단에 따라서 상기 제1조, 제2도의 전자석에 대해서 각각 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체의 진동억제장치.
