제1도 (a), (b)는 각각 이 발명에 의한 베어링감시자이의 제1실시예의 단(端)면도 및 사시도, 제2도 (a), (b)는 제1도에 표시한 베어링감시장치의 베어링의 표준상태 및 반경방향 마모상태를 각각 표시한 제1도 (b)의 단부넛의 단면도, 제3도 (a), (b)는 각각 제1도 (a), (b)에 표시한 베어링감시장치의 베어링의 표준상태 및 스러스트방향마모상태하에서의 측면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 슬라이드베어링으로 받치는 회전축에 대해, 상기 회전축의 축방향으로의 위치에 대응해서 상이한 신호를 발생하는 신호발생수단을 갖춤과 동시에, 상기 신호발생수단과 대응하는 위치에, 상기 신호 수신하고 상기 신호 발생수단으로부터의 거리를 검출하는 검출수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링감시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부 표면에 형성된 홈과 돌기로 구성되고, 검출수단은 비접촉거리센서로 구성된 베어링감시장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 홈과 돌기부는 축방향으로 평행인 하나 이상의 홈 및/또는 돌기와, 하나의 나선상의 홈 또는 돌기로 이루어진 베어링감시장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 홈과 돌기부는 축방향으로 폭치수가 변화되는 선형홈부 또는 돌기부로 이루어진 베어링감시장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부의표면에 부착된 영구자석으로 구성되고 검출수단은 자기센서로 구성된 베어링감시장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부의 내부에서 설치된 선광원으로 구성되고, 검출수단은 광센서로 구성된 베어링감시장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부의 표면에 부착된 반사판과, 이 판사판을 조사하는 광원으로 구성되고, 검출수단은 광센서로 구성된 베어링감시장치.
