Abstract

광픽업이 이송범위의 최내위치까지 이송되어 계합돌기가 나선상 홈으로부터 이탈되게 되었을 때, 그 이탈동작을 규제하여 스크류샤프트의 회전을 저지함과 동시에, 이러한 샤프트의 회전불능상태를 스테핑모터의 코일전류의 측정치에 의거하여 파악할 수 있도록 설정하고, 또 검출스위치(내주 리미트스위치)를 생략할 수 있는 광픽업 이송기구를 제공한다.
계합돌기(21)가 스크류샤프트(15)의 나선상 홈(15a)으로부터 푸시되어 나오게 되면 이것을 저지하는 규제부재(13, 18a) 등을 광픽업에 설치하는 동시에, 스테핑모터의 코일을 흐르는 전류를 측정하는 코일전류측정수단과, 스테핑모터의 유기전압이 소정치에 도달하였는지의 여부를 상기 코일전류의 측정치에 의거하여 판정하는 판정수단을 구비하는 구성으로 하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 광디스크에 대하여 정보의 읽어들임이나 기입을 행하는 광픽업의 일측부를 가이드샤프트에 의해 슬라이딩 자유롭게 지지하는 동시에, 상기 광픽업의 타측부에 설치한 계합돌기를 스크류샤프트의 나선상 홈에 슬라이딩 자유롭게 계합시키고, 이 스크류샤프트를 스테핑모터에 의해 회전구동함으로써 상기 계합돌기를 개재하여 상기 광픽업을 왕복 직선이동시키는 이송기구로서, 적어도 상기 광픽업이 광디스크 최내주부에 대응하는 이송범위내의 최내위치로 이동했을 때에 상기 계합돌기의 상기 나선상 홈으로부터의 이탈을 저지하는 규제부재와, 상기 스테핑모터의 코일에 전압을 인가하고 나서 소정시간 경과한 시점에서 상기 코일을 흐르는 전류를 측정하는 코일전류 측정수단과, 상기 스테핑모터의 마그네트의 회전에 의한 유기전압이 소정치에 도달하고 있는지의 여부를 상기 코일전류 측정수단의 측정결과에 의거하여 판정하는 판정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 이송기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규제부재를 상기 광픽업과 일체로 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 이송기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규제부재를 상기 광픽업과는 별체로 하고, 이 규제부재를 상기 광픽업이 이송범위의 최내위치로 이동했을 때에 상기 계합돌기와 근접하는 위치에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 이송기구.
