Abstract

하우징과 임펠러를 갖는 회전식 점성 유체용 펌프가 제공된다. 하우징은 챔버의 협소 단부에서 출구를 갖는 원추형 챔버를 가진다. 임펠러는 그 외부를 따라 대수 나선 장홈을 갖는 원추형 부분을 갖는다. 하우징과 임펠러 사이의 간격은 일정한 간극 또는 임펠러의 길이를 따라 감소하는 간극을 가질 수 있다. 장홈의 깊이는 임펠러의 길이를 따라 일정하거나 증가하거나 또는 감소할 수 있다.

Claims (21)

  1. 원추 형상을 갖는 부분을 가지는 펌프 챔버와 상기 부분의 협소 단부에 위치된 출구를 구비한 하우징과, 상기 챔버 내에 회전 가능하게 위치되고, 원추형 부분을 가지며, 상기 원추형 부분의 외부를 따라 적어도 하나의 대수 나선 장홈을 갖는 임펠러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체용 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 임펠러는 출구에 위치된 전단부를 가지며, 전단부는 매끄러운 형상으로 되어 있고, 상기 장홈은 전단부까지 연장되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 임펠러는 원추형 부분을 따라 하우징으로부터 일정한 간극을 두고 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 임펠러는 원추형 부분을 따라 하우징으로부터 원추형 부분의 길이를 따라 가변하는 간극을 두고 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 장홈은 원추형 부분의 길이를 따라 가변하는 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 장홈의 깊이는 원추형 부분의 길이를 따라 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 간극은 원추형 부분의 길이를 따라 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프.
  8. 입구, 출구 및 출구 부근에 위치된 협소 단부를 갖는 협소 부분을 포함하고 입구와 출구 사이에 있는 임펠러 챔버를 구비한 펌프 하우징과, 임펠러 챔버 내에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 외부를 따라 근사 대수 나선을 갖는 장홈을 포함하는 것 이외에는 협소 부분과 유사한 형상으로 되어 협소 부분 내에 위치되는 일 부분을 가지며, 외부를 따라 리지를 가지고 리지와 하우징 사이에 일정한 간극을 갖는 임펠러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 챔버의 협소 부분은 원추 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 임페러는 원추 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 임펠러는 장홈이 없는 원추 형상을 갖는 전단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 장홈은 임펠러의 부분의 길이를 따라 일정한 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  13. 입구, 출구 및 출구 부근에 위치된 협소 단부를 갖는 협소 부분을 포함하고 입구와 출구 사이에 있는 임펠러 챔버를 구비한 펌프 하우징과, 임펠러 챔버 내에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 그 외부를 따라 근사 대수 나선을 갖는 장홈을 포함하는 것 이외에는 협소 부분과 유사한 형상으로 되어 있어 협소 부분 내에 위치 되는 일 부분을 가지며, 외부를 따라 리지를 가지고 길이를 따라 리지와 하우징 사이에 가변하는 간극을 갖는 임펠러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 장홈은 임펠러의 길이를 따라 가변하는 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 장홈은 임펠러의 길이를 따라 더 얕아지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 유체 펌프.
  16. 원추 형상을 갖는 부분을 가지는 펌프 챔버와 상기 부분의 협소 단부에 위치된 출구를 구비한 하우징을 마련하는 단계와, 원추형 부분을 가지고 상기 원추형 부분의 외부를 따라 적어도 하나의 대수 나선 장홈을 갖는 임펠러를
    인 유체 압력(P)를 생성하기 위하여 임펠러와 하우징 사이의 간격이 임펠러의 길이를 따라 감소하도록 펌프 챔버 내에 삽입시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프 제조 방법.
  17. 시라우드 원추 및 임펠러 원추를 갖는 점성 유체용 펌프를 설계하는 방법에 있어서, 설계 매개변수들의 제1상태를 위한 펌프 설계를 결정하는 단계와, 상기 매개변수들중 적어도 하나를 변경하는 단계와, 제2상태를 위한 펌프 설계를 근거로하여 평행 원추 설계 또는 정점 위치 설계를 사용할 것인지의 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성 유체용 펌프 설계 방법.
  18. 제어기와, 제어기에 연결된 원추형 대수 나선 점성 유체용 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분배용 시스템.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 제어기와 펌프 사이에 연결된 모터도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분배용 시스템.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 제어기와 펌프에 연결되고 펌프를 소요 위치로 이동시키도록 된 펌프 위치 포지셔너도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분배용 시스템.
  21. 원추형 대수 나선 점성 유체용 펌프와, 펌프의 임펠러에 연결되고 펌프의 하우징에 대하여 임펠러를 축방향으로 회전시키도록 된 구동 모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑 조립체.
