Claims (6)

  1. 용적형 펌프, 특히 흡입실과 압력실 간의 스크류 스핀들을 둘러싸는 하우징내의 개구부에 장착된 적어도 하나의 스크류 스핀들을 구비한 스크류 스핀들 펌프에 있어서, 압력단부에서의 스핀들(14,16)의 윤곽말단이 외경(d)에서 원추형 구성으로 이루어지며, 원추형 표면(43)의 경사각(w)이 10도 이하임을 특징으로 하는 스크류 스핀들 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡입단부에서 스핀들(14,16)은 경사각(w1)을 갖는 원추형 표면(43s)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 스크류 스핀들 펌프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경사각(w,w1)이 5도 이하, 바람직하게는 3도 이하임을 특징으로 하는 스크류 스핀들 펌프.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압력단부에서의 원추형 표면(43)의 축방향 길이(e)가 흡입단부에서의 원추형 표면(43s)의 축방향 길이(e1)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류 스핀들 펌프.
  5. 용적형 펌프, 특히 흡입실과 압력실간의 스크류 스핀들을 둘러싸는 하우징내의 개구부에 장착된 적어도 하나의 스크류 스핀들을 구비한 스크류 스핀들 펌프에 있어서, 구동 스핀들(14)의 치상돌기두께(b)가 윤곽말단쪽으로 가면서 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 스크류 스핀들 펌프.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 구동 스핀들(14)의 치상돌기두께(b)에 대응하는 아이들러 스핀들(16)의 치상돌기 갭이 윤곽말단 쪽으로 가면서 그 폭이 증가함을 특징으로 하는 스크류 스핀들 펌프.
